A:In Prepared contest，you have about four minutes to take your speech. Something important is you have to speech without draft，then，you will face the Impromptu speech, after you choose the question, you have 40s to prepare, 2 minutes to answer. I know what you're thinking. You think I've lost my way, and somebody's going to come on the stage in a minute and guide me gently back to my seat. (Applause) I get that all the time in Dubai. "Here on holiday are you, dear?" (Laughter) "Come to visit the children? How long are you staying?"

Well actually, I hope for a while longer yet. I have been living and teaching in the Gulf for over 30 years. (Applause) And in that time, I have seen a lot of changes. Now that statistic is quite shocking. And I want to talk to you today about language loss and the globalization of English. I want to tell you about my friend who was teaching English to adults in Abu Dhabi. And one fine day, she decided to take them into the garden to teach them some nature vocabulary. But it was she who ended up learning all the Arabic words for the local plants, as well as their uses -- medicinal uses, cosmetics, cooking, herbal. How did those students get all that knowledge? Of course, from their grandparents and even their great-grandparents. It's not necessary to tell you how important it is to be able to communicate across generations.

But sadly, today, languages are dying at an unprecedented rate. A language dies every 14 days. Now, at the same time, English is the undisputed global language. Could there be a connection? Well I don't know. But I do know that I've seen a lot of changes. When I first came out to the Gulf, I came to Kuwait in the days when it was still a hardship post. Actually, not that long ago. That is a little bit too early. But nevertheless, I was recruited by the British Council along with about 25 other teachers. And we were the first non-Muslims to teach in the state schools there in Kuwait. We were brought to teach English because the government wanted to modernize the country and empower the citizens through education. And of course, the U.K. benefited from some of that lovely oil wealth.

Okay. Now this is the major change that I've seen -- how teaching English has morphed from being a mutually beneficial practice to becoming a massive international business that it is today. No longer just a foreign language on the school curriculum. And no longer the sole domain of mother England. It has become a bandwagon for every English-speaking nation on earth. And why not? After all, the best education -- according to the latest World University Rankings -- is to be found in the universities of the U.K. and the U.S. So everybody wants to have an English education, naturally. But if you're not a native speaker, you have to pass a test.
言归正传，我见过最大的改变，就是英语教学的蜕变如何从一个互惠互利的行为变成今天这种大规模的国际产业。英语不再是学校课程里的外语学科，也不再只是英国的专利。英语(教学)已经成为所有英语系国家追逐的潮流。何乐而不为呢?毕竟，最好的教育来自于最好的大学，而根据最新的世界大学排名，那些名列前茅的都是英国和美国的大学。所以自然每个人都想接受英语教育，但如果你不是以英文为母语，你就要通过考试。
Now can it be right to reject a student on linguistic ability alone? Perhaps you have a computer scientist who's a genius. Would he need the same language as a lawyer, for example? Well, I don't think so. We English teachers reject them all the time. We put a stop sign, and we stop them in their tracks. They can't pursue their dream any longer, till they get English. Now let me put it this way, if I met a monolingual Dutch speaker who had the cure for cancer, would I stop him from entering my British University? I don't think so. But indeed, that is exactly what we do. We English teachers are the gatekeepers. And you have to satisfy us first that your English is good enough. Now it can be dangerous to give too much power to a narrow segment of society. Maybe the barrier would be too universal.

Okay. "But," I hear you say, "what about the research? It's all in English." So the books are in English, the journals are done in English, but that is a self-fulfilling prophecy. It feeds the English requirement. And so it goes on. I ask you, what happened to translation? If you think about the Islamic Golden Age, there was lots of translation then. They translated from Latin and Greek into Arabic, into Persian, and then it was translated on into the Germanic languages of Europe and the Romance languages. And so light shone upon the Dark Ages of Europe. Now don't get me wrong; I am not against teaching English, all you English teachers out there. I love it that we have a global language. We need one today more than ever. But I am against using it as a barrier. Do we really want to end up with 600 languages and the main one being English, or Chinese? We need more than that. Where do we draw the line? This system equates intelligence with a knowledge of English which is quite arbitrary.

And I want to remind you that the giants upon whose shoulders today's intelligentsia stand did not have to have English, they didn't have to pass an English test. Case in point, Einstein. He, by the way, was considered remedial at school because he was, in fact, dyslexic. But fortunately for the world, he did not have to pass an English test. Because they didn't start until 1964 with TOEFL, the American test of English. Now it's exploded. There are lots and lots of tests of English. And millions and millions of students take these tests every year. Now you might think, you and me, those fees aren't bad, they're okay, but they are prohibitive to so many millions of poor people. So immediately, we're rejecting them.

It brings to mind a headline I saw recently: "Education: The Great Divide." Now I get it, I understand why people would focus on English. They want to give their children the best chance in life. And to do that, they need a Western education. Because, of course, the best jobs go to people out of the Western Universities, that I put on earlier. It's a circular thing.

Okay. Let me tell you a story about two scientists, two English scientists. They were doing an experiment to do with genetics and the forelimbs and the hind limbs of animals. But they couldn't get the results they wanted. They really didn't know what to do, until along came a German scientist who realized that they were using two words for forelimb and hind limb, whereas genetics does not differentiate and neither does German. So bingo, problem solved. If you can't think a thought, you are stuck. But if another language can think that thought, then, by cooperating, we can achieve and learn so much more.

My daughter, came to England from Kuwait. She had studied science and mathematics in Arabic. It's an Arabic medium school. She had to translate it into English at her grammar school. And she was the best in the class at those subjects. Which tells us that, when students come to us from abroad, we may not be giving them enough credit for what they know, and they know it in their own language. When a language dies, we don't know what we lose with that language.

And anyway, there was never enough kerosene, because what does a dollar a day buy for you? So he invented a cost-free solar lamp. And now the children in his village get the same grades at school as the children who have electricity at home. (Applause) When he received his award, he said these lovely words: "The children can lead Africa from what it is today, a dark continent, to a light continent." A simple idea, but it could have such far-reaching consequences.

We often hear people say, “Never give up.” These can be encouraging words and words of determination. A person who believes in them will keep trying to reach his goal no matter how many times he fails. In my opinion, the quality of determination to succeed is an important one to have. Therefore, I believe that we should never give up.
One reason is that if we give up too easily, we will rarely achieve anything. It is not unusual for us to fail in our first attempt at something new, so we should not feel discouraged and should try again. Besides, if we always give up when we fail, we will not be able to develop new skills and grow as people. Another reason we should never give up is that we can learn from our mistakes only if we make a new effort. If we do not try again, the lesson we have learned is wasted. Finally, we should never give up because as we work to reach our goals, we develop confidence, and this confidence can help us succeed in other areas of our lives. when i was little, i did everything with my dad. you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him. every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character.
i learnt a lot from my daddy. i learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile.
like many other fathers, my dad and i also has generation gap. he is not good at or even can’t work the computer. so when i sitting at the computer desk,he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’, ‘don’t waste time on the computer games’ , ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on. how can i- a computer fan – reduce time on computer? so i continue studying and playing on it

参加兴趣小组的同学，有一部学生分本身就对英语充满了兴趣，但是也有一部分学生是在老师的要求下参加英语兴趣小组的。因此，培养学生对英语的
兴趣是组织英语兴趣小组的首要任务。在本学期的英语兴趣活动中，我以新的切入点进行英语教育，并运用学生喜欢的方式进行授课，大量运用英文歌、英语小游戏等等。使学生感觉到学习英语是一件好玩又有趣的事，从而对英语产生了浓厚的兴趣。
二、拓展了学生的英语知识面
对于我们的学生来说，他们主要是通过课本来获取知识，在课外获取英语知识的途径贫乏。因此我通过多种途径获取各种英语资料来丰富学生的知识，例如学唱英语歌曲等，让学生多接受生活中常用的英语，让学生更好的理解英
语的实用性，通过小组比赛的方式巩固所学的知识，让学生在玩中学，玩中用。
三、增加了学生口语锻炼的机会
英语还是一门语言课，因此能说会说才是真正的重点，因此我将课堂中的大部分时间用在与学生进行口语交际上。主要通过学生跟读、师生对话、学生相互情景对话的方式增加学生的口语锻炼，纠正学生的发音，使学生真正领悟英语的精髓，而不是单纯的学“哑巴英语”。
四、丰富了学生的第二课堂
从素质的`角度丰富了学生的课余生活，他们的生活不在仅限于课堂上，让他们意识到学习的乐趣，更有兴趣学习了。英语兴趣活动丰富了学生的文化生活，开阔了学生的英语视野，播下了爱好英语的种子，兴趣组的学生的英语成绩都比较稳定且优秀。
当然，我们的工作还存在不足，我们期待着我们的工作能够得到更快的完善，得到更好的发展。我们将本着为学生工作的思想更加努力地工作，使我们的学生的素质更好地得到提高。

一、学期初
在学期初，教研室互动的重心是教学计划的制定和教学时间的分配、教学方法和手段的讨论和研究，以及教学大纲的把握等。从20xx年9月17号到10月15号，主要开展了“把握好教学进度，兼顾大多数学生英语学习状况”、“20xx级新生大学英语学习良好习惯的养成和课堂管理常见问题”、“英语单词听写技能大赛活动策划和宣传”三个主题的教研活动。
在教研会上，各位老师就20xx级、20xx级大学英语的授课进度进行了讨论，一致决定20xx级按照周2课时/1课的进度进行教学，20xx级也按照周2课时/1课的进度进行教学。个别班级或个别学生英语程度比较好，可以加快班级进度；老师可依据学生的情况灵活把握。大体与初拟的教学进度表一致。在教学的过程中，教研室各位老师积极响应学院“教书育人”，“督促学生不旷课，上好课”的号召，反复提醒学生上课时间，对学生的考勤做好记录，督促学生带书带笔，上课手机关机，或自动将手机交到讲台上。教研室的老师兢兢业业，没有喊累嫌麻烦的，尤其是李荣晓老师，怀孕六甲，没有因为身体不适请过假，坚持在一线的教学岗位上，这种对工作的敬业精神，奉献精神时刻感动并激励着其他老师。
二、学期中
从20xx年10月15日到11月19日，学期中期开展的期中教学检查及教学进度审核、对于各学科重难点的把握和理解的考试方向进行了讨论和研究；在充分备课的基础上，本教研室每位教师都对上课的内容做了许多调整和增加，更加丰富和完善了该课程的教学；在教学任务繁重的境况下，本教研室教师仍都能按照教学的具体要求进行布置和批改作业，平均次数为2次，进行听课6—8次；大学英语教研室响应学院技能大赛文件通知精神，筹划并举办了“英语单词听写技能大赛”的活动，对全院20xx级学生做了广泛宣传，除了制作板报、海报，在教学楼前，餐厅门口和宿舍门口进行宣传外，20xx级的大学英语老师还深入到各自班级，鼓励学生参赛。徐晓潇、滕传英、付晶晶等几位老师带的汉语（国际汉语推广）专业、装饰设计专业、旅游管理等专业共有43名同学参加初赛，最后选出20名同学进入决赛。经过3个多星期的筹办，在文化传播系张君凤主任、陶春霞副主任、徐锦凤教授、贾英晓、汤英华、黑丽莉，王会先老师等系部领导和教研室英语老师同心协力的努力下，20xx年10月28日，在教学楼1312教室，“英语单词听写技能大赛”如期举行。以徐嘉城、张莹娜、夏玉梅、豆艳丽为代表的四位同学获得了本届大赛团体一等奖的好成绩。各位领导和老师现场为获奖的同学颁发了奖状。可以说，没有整个英语教研室老师们辛勤的努力和不计回报的付出，本次教研活动不可能取得预期的'结果。这使我认识到，教研室工作需要每位老师贡献自己的智慧和才能，而这样的学生活动，也直接激发了学生英语学习的兴趣，有利于英语老师课堂教学的开展，使教师收益。总之，教研室活动参加的主体是英语教师，最后的受益人也是英语教师。如果条件允许，在下学期的教学过程中，可以适当多举办此类的英语竞赛活动。
三、学期末
从20xx年11月19日到12月30日，英语教研室认真筹备学院组织的“听课周“活动，组织本教研室每位英语老师都上一节“大学英语观摩课”，随后推选出本教研室贾英晓、杨丽丽两位老师参加学院的“精彩一课”教学观摩大赛。徐锦凤教授等专职评委对她们的表现予以点评，这对刚走上教学岗位的年青教师有很大帮助。在此期间，大学英语教研室也积极组织各位老师进行听课活动，每位老师至少听了其他3—4位老师的课，本学期人均每位老师共听课14次左右。这为借鉴不同老师的教学风格，学习不同老师课堂组织方式和授课方式，改进和提高自身教学方法，提升教学技艺，交流教学和学生情况，创新课堂教学方式都大有裨益。在一级教学督导和二级教学督导的督查和意见反馈交流下，本教研室的各位老师在教学方面都得到了极大提高。
随着期末教学工作接近尾声，大学英语教研室在12月10号提前做了有关期末试卷出题、审题、检查、上交的工作，并通知各位老师提前准备好期末教学检查的相关教学资料，希望能本学期的教学工作和教研室活动圆满收尾。
经过一学期的教研室工作，我本人对常规的教学检查工作更加适应，对英语教学工作也有了更加深入的了解和认识，在新学期里，仍然要认认真真教好自己的课，做好教研室的工作，更要虚心向各位老师请教和学习。希望在各位老师的共同努力下，大学英语教研室的工作会越做越好！

为了活跃丰富校园文化，营造学习英语的良好氛围，继续发扬有中心小特色英语学习传统，英语科策划了本届英语节。
在科组长张彩玉老师的主持下，制定了“继承、创新、全面提升学生英语学习能力”的举办方针。全科组教师群策群力，出谋划策，精心设计了本届英语节及项目表。至此，第四届英语节组织、准备工作全面拉开。
二、形式多样、和谐活泼
第四届英语节共设置了四项比赛项目，都旨在通过这些项目，营造更浓厚的英语学习氛围。
1、我型我秀。
“英文优秀作业展”是本届英语节的一个看点。为了促使学生端正学习态度，提高书写能力和鉴赏能力，养成了认真、工整、清爽的书写习惯，营造同学们之间比、学、赶、超的良好氛围。在学生优秀英文作业展的活动中，首先由每班各任课老师组织学生开展自评、互评，评选出班级优秀作业，开展优秀作业欣赏、交流的学习活动，在此基础上选送最好的五本作业，进行全校学生优秀作业评比，把评选的优秀作业张贴在展板上，并由各班组织学生有秩序地观看、欣赏、学习。优秀作业展每天都吸引着不少师生和家长前来观看。
2.神来之笔绘美图。
“英文手抄报大赛”使那些有绘画天分及英语兴趣的学生有了用武之地．这两项比赛共收到来自各年级各个班学生的作品近400份，画面栩栩如生，英语诙谐幽默，真是创意无限，挥洒自如．
4．斗智斗勇共夺冠。
在老师和学生们的共同努力下，本学期“单词小状元”比赛得了骄人的成绩。无论是老师还是学生都有一种从耕耘的辛苦到收获喜悦的感情体验过程。它唤起了学生的学习兴趣，增强了自信心，给孩子们插上高飞的翅膀，促进了我校的英语教学。
5．中英合壁耀舞台。
“英文风采大赛”是校园文化艺术节舞台汇演的节目。风采大赛上小朋友天真无邪的歌声、幽默诙谐的短剧，给同学们留下了深刻的印象，竞争激烈，选手们倾尽才艺，整个比赛现场热烈而有序。又一次的.挖掘了学生的表演才能与天分。
第四届英语节的成功举办不同程度地影响了学生们的学习英语热情也促进了学生学习英语的兴趣，基本上也达到了举办英语节的目标，让学生置身在一个英语的环境中，使用英语，感受英语。

近期，我学习了《xx市学前教育管理条例》，深有感触。经过这次学习，我深深感受到我市对学前教育的高度重视，把学前教育摆在优先发展的战略地位，该条例提出了更为详细、更具指导性的提议和意见，从办学到教学和保育的统一以及教师的成长，供给了更具操作性的目标与实施方向。
《xx市学前教育管理条例》中的每一点都细细地去品味，去反思，条例中提到的每一点都是我在保教工作中对照的标准，并以此审视自身的教育行为。让我们把条例中的资料和精神牢牢记在脑中，化作工作中的.行为准则，时刻牢记。
该《条例》对诸多热点问题作了具体规定。例如：《条例》中规定，xx市学前教育机构不得收取与儿童入学挂钩的赞助费、支教费等，不得用收取兴趣班、实验班等活动代替正常的教育教学活动。如果学前教育机构收取赞助费、支教费，将由教育行政部门责令改正。有违法所得的，责令退还所收费用，对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接职责人，给予行政处分。
条例还明确，学前教育机构能够按照有关规定收取保育与教育费，但不得跨学期收费。公办学前教育机构的保育与教育费实行政府定价。民办学前教育机构依据办学成本，合理确定收费标准，报物价部门和教育部门备案后公布执行。
当我踏上回家的路的那一霎那，我便明白，7天的学前教育结束了。我的心里一下子简便了许多，却又像失去了什么。回想起7天里那一幅幅熟悉的场景，我突然觉得7天里我所拥有的在一瞬间都不属于我了。
7天里，我学到了好多好多，我也懂得了好多好多。我做到了很多我从来都没有做过的事情。我尝到了苦，我尝到了累。我体会到军人的严谨，也体会到爸妈的艰辛。在7天之前，我还洗不干净衣服;7天后，我把衣服洗得雪白。7天前，我白白嫩嫩地在家里玩耍，7天后，我晒得黑黑的像个军人一样挺拔地站着。
同时，学前教育为在学儿童供给就餐服务的，能够收取伙食费，但收取的伙食费应当全部用于在学儿童伙食，不得克扣、侵占，并按实际核算成本每月结算，张榜公布。《xx市学前教育管理条例》的有力实施，我会将条例中的精神落实到各项工作中去，全面提升自我各方面的专业素质，尽自我最大的努力为孩子的健康成长创造最佳的环境，相信此条例的实施能让xx市的9万多幼儿健康、欢乐的成长。xx市30万家庭都能尝到幸福甜蜜的果实。

1. 为什么我英语总是学不好？
初学英语者，
最头痛的事无非不知从何下手，无规律可循，今天背了背了这些单词，明天忘记，反反复复，总是始于零。这好比，我们站在原点，周边四周都是没有路，前面没有指示标，我们从东走了几步，感觉找不到路，于是又退了回来，从西出发，走了几步，还是畏惧退了回来。在我看来无论你从哪个方向出发，最主要是先找到自己的对英语兴趣的地方和一本适合的教材，一是因为兴趣为最大的老师。有了一定兴趣，学习就会变得自觉。引起兴趣的学习方法很多，可以从朗读开始，可以从阅读简单英文故事开始，可以从观看电影开始，可以从事模仿说话开始等等；二是只要你找到一种适合自己的教材，在不断的学习方法中，找到最适合自己的学习方法着手，每天坚持学习，两年内进行简单的阅读和对话是不成问题的。（这里主要针对以前有一定基础的但是又丢的差不多的学生。）当然要成为英语全面的人，势必不应该避重就轻，只捡自己感兴趣的开始。因为某些高级技能的形成过程，的确会有些枯燥。
2. 什么教材才最适合呢？是不是教材越多越好？
在中国改革开放的英语教材中，我的学习阶段，被誉为最经典的教材莫过于中英合作，外研社出版的《新概念英语全集》，即第一册到第四册。国内很多知名的英语培训机构，如华尔街英语、美联英语都把自己规定的阶段和国内英语等级或者和新概念英语阶段进行比较。虽然距我学习过去十几年了，但是《新概念英语》仍然不失时宜，成为英语学习的主要教材，另外，可以根据自己的需求，多多阅读自己的喜欢英语杂志、新闻或者周刊。更何况，外研社在我还上大学那段时间进行了一次全面内容修改。新概念英语之所以经典，主要是因为它从听说读写译，全面锻炼了你的英语技巧。有一位去美留学的学生因背下了新概念英语四，在一次语言考试中，竟然作文满分。这个作为母语水平国家的人，都是望尘莫及的。
3. 那么，我们应该如何开始新概念学习呢？
由于工作的原因，我们不方便带着一本书走来走去，（虽然我上学时是这么做的。）由于科技发展，很多学习教材都电子化了，《新概念英语》也不例外，我目前也下载了，并坚持学习第四册，以稳固自己的英文水平。目前推荐上海互加文化传播公司出版的《新概念英语》，图标是nec，左一红竖杠蓝底。
由于有一定英语基础，我现在以《新概念第二册》 的第一遍范文，作为自学剖析。在软件中，有“原文”、“双语”、“词汇”、“详解”和“习题”这几部分组成。一篇文章以一周时间为学习过程，对于我们目前的工作状态，时间是差不多的。
a) 当我们拿到一遍文章，先不急于看原文，先把词汇部分自学, 熟读和理解，目的是在熟读和理解文章过程中，减少难度。这部分，要求：单词部分能够默写或听写。
b) 当熟悉单词后，我们并不着急去看原文和文章，而是对单词的“详解”部分好好学习和理解。这里主要是对单词的用法进行了详细解释，看懂和理解后，对自己以后进行表达有非常重大的作用。要求：对出现的短语词组和解释的句子进行抄下来，背诵下来。这样对以后如何这些运用词组非常有作用。
c) 当完成理解上面两个部分之后，我们先不着急看原文，先自己按软件下面部分的播放键，选择自己喜欢的英音或者美音，进行反复听，听三到五遍后，看自己能理解多少。要求：听懂大意。
d) 完成听这部分内容后，阅读原文，把文章看两到三遍，自己理解以后，试着翻译出来或者在内心翻译，之后对照一下中文翻译，以矫正自己的误解。其实，大部分难点在我之前要求看的详解部分已经解释过了。这时候整体文章顺下来，其实不太难了。要求：达到内容完
全理解。
e) 不要以为完成上面部分之后，你就完成了这篇的英文学习，打比方这时候烧开水的话，顶多才五六十度。很多人学习英语水平就止于此。下面部分是使你达到质的变化，直至沸腾。按照自己喜欢的发音（英音或者美音），反反复复进行模仿发音和朗诵。一定要朗读出来，不要在内心念。不断纠正自己的.发音和语调，还有断句。直到你能把全文朗朗上口，完全背诵下来。随时随地不经意地说出文章里的句子。之后你才完成这篇课文的学习。如果说前面的过程是筑基，后面的过程就是建楼起楼。这个过程是帮你形成语感和提升你口语至关重要的过程，绝不能偷懒和忽略。要求：在达到模仿度80%的基础上背诵下文章。我的自我要求在90%。
此外，英语学习的方法还很多，比如针对性的训练、视频学习、电影观看等，我就不一一列举。但是不管你学习那个教材，势必完成以上过程，才能掌握该文章要点的70-80%。然后循序渐进的学习。《新概念英语》编写过程就是按照循序渐进的过程进行编写的，在以后的课文中会重复之前的内容和知识。如果在学习完第二册第一篇课文后，觉得有一定难度。可以从第一册后面部分开始。如果觉得难度在50%一下。那么，我建议坚持下去。等熟悉几篇课文后，后面的会变得越来越简单。凡事不仅开头难，坚持更难。预祝你成功！
以下是我之前总结的口语提高技巧，也可供参考和补充。和上面部分是相互相成的。
4. 口语提高技巧
1) 每天坚持模仿标准的英音或者美音的范文，坚持模仿唯妙唯俏，只有你的发音准确了，语调对了，老外才能明白你说什么。另外，模仿和朗读的过程是培养你根据词意断句，锻炼你的英语思维能力。最后要求熟背范文-脱口而出的地步。
2) 每天坚持听半个小时的英语新闻或者资料。可选择自己熟悉的先听，这样你会觉得比较有成就感。英语的听力和口语是相辅相成的。口语好的人一般听3)

6) 力都可以，听力好的人，口语也不会太差，（个别人才除外。） 准备个小本子，随时随刻地积累自己不知道的词汇和表达好的句子，多多朗读，达到脱口而出的地步。 参加一些英语口语角，你学习的词句，大胆地秀出来。尽量跟比自己水平高点的人交流。人家能帮你指点一些不足。不要跟很多中国人围着一个老外扎堆，那样你没有太多说话的机会，只能练习听力。口语是实践出真知。不赞同毫无准备的练习，那样的话，提高不是很多。每次有准备，把所准备的尽量用上，反复说几次。相信你所准备的东西一定会深深地刻在你脑子里。 达到一定能力的表达时，关键是要注意积累自己思想的表达。如果需要参加什么面试、演讲等等，可以提前写成文字、修改熟读、将一些好的表达转化成自己的语言。这样的话，慢慢地你就能词能达意了。 几乎所有学习某项技能的人，都会面临的问题。那就是持之以恒。每天把这些事儿当作头等大事来做。务必完成。隔三差五是不会有太大进步的。好比你烧一壶开水，烧到90°，你就暂停，等冷却了再重新烧到90°。这样的话，你永远不会知道水到达100°后是什么样的。

2．了解英语学习的`障碍（从大到小） 汉语干扰:因为是不同的思维体系，根深蒂固的汉语会严重影响到英语学习 解决方案：尽量营造全英文学习环境，听说读写全方位，尽量用英语思考，这是最难的。 自信心:很多人不敢开口说英语，怕犯错误，怕丢脸 解决方案：其实不用怕，我们又不是说英语国家，说不好很正常的，没人会笑话；英语是很简单的语言，只需要2岁小孩的智商就可以学好。 毅力:任何事情都需要毅力，学习英语也不例外，而且英语这东西，就需要每天不断联系，日积月累，才能学好。 解决方案：没有，只能靠兴趣和自律。 英语好的标准 尤其不要把考得好当成英语好的标准，能考满分的白痴数都数不清。 解决方案：英语是门语言，只能用沟通的顺畅来做为标准。 学校教育:只会用中文交英语的老师，多半都不怎么样，所以想学好，还得看自己。解决方案：记住，人才都是自学成才的。 是不是觉得很难学啊?那么，怎么能营造全英语学习环境？怎么能加强自信？怎么能保持旺盛的势头啊？ 我们一一来解决。
3．如何才能学好英语?
准备充分：词典、录音机和磁带、英语教材，一个都不能少！ 单词:首先要攻克的难关，包括音标、解释、拼写等 解决方案：
1.早期靠大声朗读拼写，通过听觉来记忆，记忆没有诀窍，只有重复重复再重复，不管用什么方法，记住就行
2.等词汇量有一定积累时，靠海量阅读（记住是海量），什么都读。 语法和句型:解决方案：靠学校老师交的方法就基本可以解决了。 听:听是一种感觉，是一种意识，是建立在词汇量基础上的能力。 解决方案：重复听，什么都听，建议从听英语歌曲开始。 说:最难掌握的技巧，没有捷径，只能靠反复说。 读:早期跟着磁带大声朗读就行了，尽量去模仿语音、语调，口语也可以得到加强。 写:还是靠阅读，读得多了，自然有感觉。
