Female: The format of todays contest is:
Male: first one ----Read aloud, each contestant is required to read a short speech within 2 minutes.
Male: The second part of contest is a Q&A, each contestant will meet the challenges from one or two question masters, and the question is based on the situation.You got 3 minutes to do that.

Now lets go over the rules of the competition.
Now lets give you a brief account of grading method and scoring results: there are 10 points in grading, and each judge gives grade based on the performances of the contestants: including pronunciation, intonation, content, stage manner and presentation.The final score is the averaged calculation of seven figures summing up.
Each of the contestants have 2minutes to read the short speech, 3minutes to answer questions raised by the judges.During the first part, a staff member will raise a red cardboard as a signal that there is one minute left.Then, at the end of minutes, a bell will ring to let the speaker know that the time has run out, so please ring the bell.Thank you!

X:Thank you ,professor------now let me introduce the regulations of this final.The Final consist of four parts, namely showing myself,prepared speech, impromptu speech, and questions and answers.

X: In the first section each of the contestants will have 1-2 minutes to show themselves,they can show off their skills in singing,dancing or even Kongfu.Please show off everything that makes you shine above the rest.This section the full score is 5.

X: In the second section each of the contestants will have 3-4 minutes to deliver a prepared speech. The topic for the prepared speech is “20xx” .This section the full score is 10.

X:Each contestant will draw the topic of an impromptu speech 15 minutes before their performances. In the third section each of the finalists will have 2 minutes to deliver an impromptu speech. This section the full score is 5.
Y:第三部分：即兴演讲，采用谚语、格言以及其它形式为题，请老师出十几个题目，赛前保密，提前15分钟左右让选手抽题，即兴演讲时间为2分钟，要求紧扣题目;这部分总分5分。
X: And after that, two question masters in the judging panel will be responsible for raising questions to the contestant according to the prepared speech or the impromptu speech (one question master asks only one question). That will be around two minutes.This section the full score is 5.
Y:第四部分：现场回答，针对第二或第三部分评委老师进行提问(1-2个问题)。回答时间总共为2分钟。这部分满分5分。本次决赛采取25分制。
X: When the contestant’s time for each part is used up, a staff member will raise a yellow cardboard to remind the contestant of the time. The contestant must stop within 15 seconds, otherwise his or her timing score will be deducted. in the 1st section if the time is less than 1 minutes,or the prepared speech time is less than 3 minutes or the time for questions and answers is less than 1 minute 45 seconds, the contestant’s timing score will be deducted.

X: The judging panel will give scores on the spot. In this round, after 3 contestants finish the speech, the score of the previous 3 contestants will be announced together. After all the finalists finish the speech, the scores of all the speakers will be announced.

Good morning!
Im very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. Mans life is a proceof growing up, actually Im standing here is a growth. If a persons life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up along with these choices. Once I hope I can study in a college in future, however thats passed, as you know I come here, now I wonder what the future holds for me.
When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, all starts here. Following I will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind, intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect job. Once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forget which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” I will put my personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these proceI will combine learning with doing. If I can achieve this “future”, I think that I really grow up. And I deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will perfection and happy in the future. How to say future? Maybe its a nice wish.

I am very glad to make a speech here in this class again! This time, I'd like to talk something about English.
I love English. English language is now used everywhere in the world. It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. Learning English makes me confident and brings me great pleasure.
When I was seven, my mother sent me to an English school. At there, I played games and sang English songs with other children . Then I discovered the beauty of the language, and began my colorful dream in the English world.
Everyday, I read English following the tapes. Sometimes, I watch English cartoons.
On the weekend, I often go to the English corner. By talking with different people there, I have made more and more friends as well as improved my oral English.
I hope I can travel around the world someday. I want to go to America to visit Washington Monument, because the president Washington is my idol. Of course, I want to go to London too, because England is where English language developed. If I can ride my bike in Cambridge university, I will be very happy.
I hope I can speak English with everyone in the world. I'll introduce China to them, such as the Great Wall, the Forbidden City and Anshan.
I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.
If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.
