各位老师,各位同学:
今天我国旗下讲话的题目是《做一个有个性的思想者》.
记得有这样一位同学,他身体瘦弱,长得又不帅,在班级中几乎享受不到太多的快乐,同学们都瞧不起他.他没有怨父母怨同学,他暗暗下定决心,要做一个内心坚强的人,于是他发愤读书,整合,发展前人的智慧,创立了他的超人哲学体系.
这个人就是德国哲学家尼采.尼采的超人理论诞生后就风靡了西方世界,"把自己激励成超人","做最好的自己","做你想做的人"等一系列书籍,*迅速涌入中国,激励了千千万万的人奔向自己的人生目标.
这就是思想的力量.在我看来,尼采就是一个有个性的思想者.我们高三第一次调研考试语文试卷上第i卷"必考题"现代散文阅读题《心中的芦苇》结尾是这样说的:

再说教科书,你读历史,不要怨恨自己在傻背,而是要思考,读了中国近现代史,你会发现1750年至1949年间中国失去了重大的历史机遇,譬如工业化.所以你发现了这个思想,就更能增强自己的学习历史的责任感,增强我们的使命感.你读地理,不要怨恨知识点太多背起来吃力,你会发现西方在冷战思维下对中国设下的三条封锁链就在我们的地理书中.

人格、性格、气质 我们都知道，知识的掌握比较简单，它主要靠记忆来实现，是一种层次较低的智力活动，所以人们把长于记忆、懒于思考的人讥为两脚书橱；但是人格的养成却相当复杂，它不仅需要丰富的知识，还需要健康的体魄、良好的教养、广泛的兴趣、高尚的情操和真正的智慧。 那到底什么是人格呢？
人格是指一个人与社会环境相互作用表现出的一种独特的行为模式、思想模式和情绪反应的特征，也是一个人区别于他人的特征之一。
人格包括两部分：性格与气质。性格是人稳定个性的心理特征，表现在人对现实的态度和相应的行为方式上。性格从本质上表现了人的特征，而气质就好像是给人格打上了一种色彩、一个标记，性格可分类为人类天生的共同人性与个体在后天环境与学习影响下所形成的独特个性。气质是指人的心理活动和行为模式方面的特点，赋予性格光泽。同样是热爱劳动的人，可是气质不同的人表现就不同：有的人表现为动作迅速，但粗糙一些，这可能是胆汁质的人；有的人很细致，但动作缓慢，可能是黏液质的人。气质和性格这样构成了人格。 辛亥革命以后，蔡元培便认为既然革命已经成功，所谓爱国精神就“不在提倡革命，而在养成完全之人格。”担任北京大学校长以后，他又反复强调：“大学并不是贩卖毕业的机关，也不是灌输固定知识的机关，而是研究学理的机关。??研究学理的结果，必要影响于人生。”因此他常常对自己的学生说：你们应“当有研究学问之兴趣，尤当养成学问家之人格。”
一位有名的商店经理曾经说：“有些人生来就有与人交往的天性，他们无论对人对己，处世待人，举手投足与言谈行为都很自然得体，毫不费力便能获得他人的注意和喜爱。可有些人便没有这种天赋，他们必须加以努力，才能获得他人的注意和喜爱。但不论是天生的还是努力的，他们的结果，无非是博得他人的善意，而那获得善意的种种途径和方法，便是‘人格’的发展。”
由此可见，人格的重要性。
我们又该如何培养自己的人格魅力呢？
人格是一个人赖以立足人世、创造事业的根本.因此对於人格魅力的讨论便尤为显得成熟而且必要了.人格魅力不是追求完美，而是发展积极的心态，表现真实的自我 。人格魅力不是刻意表现的，人格魅力的气质存在与骨子里，人格魅力应该是一种自然的发散。 人格魅力这名词就是一种感觉，为了表达这种感觉出来而创造的词 。你真正能打动别人心的只有你的真诚和善良。
第一，在对待现实的态度或处理社会关系上，要培养自己对他人和对集体的真诚热情、友善、富于同情心，乐于助人和交往，关心和积极参加集体活动；对自己严格要求，有进取精神，自励而不自大，自谦而不自卑；对待学习、工作和事业，勤奋认真。
第二，在理智上，有意识地培养自己感知敏锐、丰富的想像能力，较强的思维逻辑性和创新意识及创造能力。
第三，在情绪上，学会控制和支配自己的情绪，总是保持乐观开朗，振奋豁达的'心境，使自己情绪稳定而平衡，与人相处时总是给人带来欢笑，令人精神舒畅。
第四，在意志上，训练自己做事目标明确，行为自觉，善于自制，勇敢果断，坚韧不拔，积极主动等一系列积极品质。
当你具有上述这些良好性格特征时，往往会逐渐成为群体中受欢迎和受倾慕的人。
接下来，让我们再来看看什么是性格。
一位教育家曾说过：一个人的行为日久可以成为习惯；一个人的习惯日久可以成为性格；一个人的性格则往往决定他的前途。
性格是指表现在人对现实的态度和相应的行为方式中的比较稳定的、具有核心意义的个性心理特征，是一种与社会相关最密切的人格特征，在性格中包含有许多社会道德含义。

多血质
灵活性高，易于适应环境变化，善于交际，在工作，学习中精力充沛而且效率高； 对什么都感兴趣，但情感兴趣易于变化；有些投机取巧，
易骄傲，受不了一成不变的生活。代表人物：韦小宝，孙悟空，王熙凤。
胆汁质
情绪易激动，反应迅速，行动敏捷，暴躁而有力；性急，有一种强烈而迅速燃烧的热情，不能自制；在克服困难上有坚忍不拔的劲头，但不善于考虑能否做到，工作有明显的周期性，

抑郁质
