综合实践活动与其他学科课程的整合：综合运用各学科学习内容，通过研究性学习小课题研究的方式拓展延伸学习内容，培养学生发现问题、解决问题的能力以及创新意识和创造能力。重点做好引导学生关注社会生活问题小课题研究、引导学生走进自然做好观察与试验研究、引导学生多读书、读好书的文献研究。
综合实践活动与教育活动的整合：创新传统的德育活动，把社区服务、社会实践、自然考察等活动赋予课程内涵，明确活动主题、活动目标、丰富活动内容、确立科学合理的评价办法，避免走过场，确保活动效果。
三、活动要求
1、学校成立以业务校长任组长、教科室主任、政教主任、年级主任和学科备课组长为成员的综合实践活动实施领导小组，具体负责研究制定学校《暑期综合实践活动方案》，将暑期综合实践活动纳入综合实践活动课程实施整体要求，修订完善学校相关评价制度，将教师指导综合实践活动小组活动情况纳入业务考核，记入教师个人业务档案。
2、本次活动重点从以下两个方面设计主题：
（1）研究性学习主题。主题设计可以重点从学科拓展、社会热点、社区资源、学生关心的话题、学期教育活动的延伸等几个方面产生。
（2）社会实践和社区服务项目。重点从劳动教育、环境净化、公益活动、爱校护校、传统教育等方面产生。
3、班主任帮助学生确立活动主题，成立活动小组，安排指导教师。学生以个人或小组为单位围绕活动主题选择活动内容开展活动。学校将教师指导综合实践活动小组活动情况纳入量化考核，作为业务考核的重要内容之一计入教师个人业务档案。
四、方法步骤
第一阶段：（6月15日—6月21日）制定活动计划阶段。各年级制定《暑期综合实践活动实施方案》，指导学生制定学生活动计划，《暑期综合实践活动实施方案》后附各小组主题活动名称统计表（表格内容包括年级、班级、小组成员、活动内容、指导教师等）。
第二阶段：（7月7日—8月20日）活动实施阶段。在教师的指导下学生进行活动，学校做好督促、指导和检查工作。活动期间学生返校1—2次进行阶段性汇报、交流、展示，教师跟进指导，同时教师之间研讨交流指导的`心得体会。各年级师生返校时间在活动方案中标明。学校抽查各班活动情况。
第三阶段：（8月21日—8月30日）活动总结提高阶段。在教师的指导下，各活动小组总结整理活动资料、完善活动成果；学校总结暑期综合实践活动情况，写出总结报告。
第四阶段：（9月份）活动评价阶段。开学第一周，各班总结暑期综合实践活动的经验、收获，开展专题总结交流展示活动，推选优秀作品，参加全校评比。
五、评比交流
1、奖项设置。评比共设两类奖项：
优秀研究性学习小课题研究奖：研究报告主要包括活动主题背景、活动准备、实施过程、研究成果、收获体会等内容。主要呈现活动过程，避免知识的堆砌。
优秀社区服务、社会实践奖、自然考察奖：通过查看学生参与社区服务与社会实践的过程资料和总结材料，表彰优秀的项目。
两项奖项均设立学生奖和指导教师奖。
2、推选要求。以学校为单位组织暑期综合实践活动展示评比。各班推荐1件作品参加评比活动。各类推选材料（纸质文本、电子稿、作品统计表等）于9月7日前交到教科室孙霞老师处。上报材料能够体现活动的完整过程，每件作品限报学生3人，指导教师2人。
3、开学初，学校将组织有关人员每年级评选出4名一等奖、3名二等奖进行表彰奖励。并分别按5分、3分记入班级量化。（优秀作品将报送县级以上单位评选）对于敷衍和不参与活动的班级酌情减1—2分。
