Today I am going to talk about a great leader in sports; Michael Jordan. He is so famous that he is known by almost every young person in China. I first heard his name when 1 was in high-school. At that time, he led his team and took the throne of the NBA national championship for the fifth time. I admire him not only because he is a great player but also because I've learned a lot from him.

First; he is a great team leader, a team person. I've learned from him that to be truly successful in my life, I need to build a strong team, draw on its strength, and lead the whole to a greater height. I can’t be a lone-ranger, and second; Jordan has shown his great charisma as a leader. People, even his opponents, respect him, admire him, That teaches me that I must become a person that people follow me not because of what I do or have done, but because of who I am.

Some people believe that a country becomes more interesting and develops faster when its population is mixed with different nationalities and cultures.

To what extent do you agree or disagree with it?

It is true in my country nowadays that the population coexists with various nationalities and culture. This not only reflects that my country is actively accepting different cultures and lifestyles, but also indicates that my country is facing new challenges and opportunities.

Today it is said by a group of people that the country would be increasingly fascinating and make a rapid progress. I tend to think this sensible especially when seeing modern young people absorb novel things from international visitors and cultures. Therefore, the life becomes richer, while the views are wider than before. Another advantage of this is that along with international population up, international businesses change for the better. Some of the people tend to run small business of selling some special offers in their countries, while others often sell some materials in my country to any other parts of the world.

However，there are still several problems of this trend. These days, what worry people is a small group of young people is badly affected by some negative things from the international cultures. The memorization of information by frequent repeat plays a role in most education systems. Do you think the usefulness of this method outweighs any limitations?

Although it is required and vital to most education systems, the technique of frequently-repeating remembrance of information can not be completely considered an effective learning tool, because it is not so that functional in most of all fields of education.

The memorization of information by frequent repeat is not so practical to all subjects, like medicine, history, etc. Take history for the first example. No doubt, anyone could and can memorize all of historical events occurring in the past by frequent repeat, but it is and will be impossible to automatically or fully draw on the lessons as well as experiences from these events without deeply thinking by any governor, historian, teacher and student. Another example is that the main goal of an apprentice or internee on medicine is to be a future expert. How can he achieve it? Needless to say, he will warrant his success through a huge practice rather than mechanically learning.
