个人经验：
经历了3次skype面试，我基本上都是看着电脑屏幕回答问题的。尽量保持一个轻松，自信的状态，即使面试官和我没有什么互动，我也会尽力把自己的故事讲的生动一些，并且辅助一些面部表情的变化，呵呵。
