大家下午好！今天很荣幸能够有这样一个和大家共同学习和交流的机会。
作为王家长来说，我并不是教育工作者，也不是心理学家，只是一个最普通的机关工作者，在教育孩子的问题上也只是用己所学尽己所能，一步步地在懵懂中摸索着教育她。她是一个活泼、可爱、大方的女孩子，我们一家人都视她为宝。但是相应地我们也面临一些教育的问题，现在就让我聊聊这几年自己的心得：
1、我很注重家庭的气氛，尽量达到和谐而又健康。家庭成员之间互相尊重，不说脏话，不粗鲁。另一方面我们也注重家庭读书气氛的培养，孩子学习时绝不能打扰影响她。让她时刻注意到父母经常沉浸于读书中，并让她明白读书的重要性。
2、我们很注重孩子的思想品德教育，人的品质是第一要素。孩子在成长过程中难免会受到一些周围环境的消极或负面的影响，因此我们做到凡事从正面教育孩子，帮助孩子辨别真善美，培养孩子的善良、宽容、积极乐观，富有同情心、尊敬老师、团结同学、遵守纪律等等一些优良品质。好习惯一旦养成，将终身受益。比如孩子上二年级时，语文课要求写日记了，一开始王瑛琪对于写日记比较反感，不知如何下笔，而且写的犹如流水帐，当时真把我急坏了，心想我这个当家长的总不能让自己的女儿不知怎么下笔吧。
于是我就开始行动了，不止一遍地说要注意观察，要注意体会自己的感受，这样眼里有东西，心里才有东西，才能在笔下写出来的。周末我就带她去新修好的大禹公园，让她从进门就开始注意观察，从大大的“禹”字到公园内的各个亭台楼阁，从潺潺流水到壮丽的石柱等都不放过，并且让她注意自己心情的变化，回来后一篇优美的《大禹公园》写成了。
还有一个例子，就是去孩子大姨家，她表哥写作文不怎么样，王瑛琪就开始教他了，说写作文第一就是要注意观察；第二就是要写自己眼睛所看，内心所想，就是要通过修饰的词语写出自己的感受。比如说一些花很好看就要注意用个什么姹紫嫣红了、五彩缤纷、五颜六色等等这些词；第三就是要会收尾会扣题。呵呵，看到孩子说的头头是道，我内心是无比高兴，没想到孩子在不知不觉中可以自己当老师了……
3、父母是孩子人生的启蒙老师，我们的一言一行对孩子起着耳濡目染、潜移默化的作用，我们不仅是孩子的'良师，时刻用自己的行为影响着孩子，同时也是她的益友。说到家长的动作影响孩子可以举个例子，比如我用电脑打字时通常用五笔，一般我不用鼠标转换语言栏，我都是用CTRL+SHIFT键来转换。有一次我发现孩子上网搜东西时竟然也用这两个键转换成拼音打字，当时我很惊愕，我根本没有教过她。我问她怎么知道的，她说你用时我在旁边看着学会的。
我恍然大悟，原来自己的动作对孩子的影响是如此有效！因此我们要当好引路人，家长应从自身做起，不利于孩子的言行绝不能在孩子面前表露，在教育批评孩子时，家长意见应统一，不能相左或相右。其次还要做一个爱打听“闲事”的家长，(当然这个时间并不一定是集中的，也可能是零散的，比如可以在接送孩子的路上进行，也可以在饭前饭后等等不拘一。)询问一下她的在学校的表现情况，都有哪些高兴的事和不高兴的事，并且进行分析，好让她的情绪得到进一步的发泄。好的地方可以同她一起高兴，多加赞赏；不好的地方及时应进行纠正，找出症结所在。
作为家长，我也时刻引导教育孩子，不能偏科，也不能因为老师的穿戴或美丑去评价老师。虽然每次考试王瑛琪都能取得好名次，也只是说明她对于学习知识掌握的稍微好点，仅此而已。同时，要鼓励她在学校要积极参加一些课外活动，比如刚举行完的演讲比赛，各种手抄报比赛等等，有时孩子的课外作业可能需要家长帮忙才行，此时作为家长的不能嫌烦嫌累。也许你的一次小小的帮助就能开启孩子的一扇智慧的大门。
我不止一次地和周围朋友说，现在社会竞争如此激烈，孩子的竞争从小就已经开始了，她们不但是自己学习成果的竞争，而且也是她们综合素质的竞争；不但是孩子本身的竞争，现在也是家长们的竞争。因此，对于我们家长来说家庭教育的重要性就可想而知了。一分耕耘，一分收获，孩子的教育也是如此。作为家长，教育好孩子是责任，好的教育方法是不断探索出来的，我期待好的科学教育方法，并和孩子一起成长，让我们在座的各位共同努力、共同学习吧！

我认为，教育孩子，首先，便要自我中心与孩子制订良好的人际关系式，让他们明白自己是一个温顺的孩子，这样他们容易在心理上接受教育和指导。其次，要适当放手，管教适度。管教若太严，与他们性格不知所措，就会适得其反。要给他一定自由，一定的活动时间和室内空间。再次，要耐心教导。我们可以通过讲道理，使孩子明白自己的一些“主见”，克服自己的毛病，逐步迈向成长之路。同时也要鼓励孩子涌跃参加各种文娱体育和社会交往活动，大力推进孩子身心健康，提高孩子的创造力和想象力。
小朋友我个人对小学生大量的接触电脑反对，圣戈当斯区因为孩子们正处在生长发育阶段，尤其是眼睛受电脑的`伤害不可估量，为什么要让孩子过早地接触这些对身体有害的东西呢？特别是电脑游戏，它如同毒品一样，一旦上瘾，就控制人的大脑神经，让人兴奋，无可救药。

有的家长平时太忙，无暇顾及孩子，但有时静下心来想想又愧欠孩子，家长们常用的办法是“爱不够，钱来凑”，有时孩子要什么给什么把孩子宠坏了。在乡村中，有多少个“留守孩子”可怜巴巴地期盼着父母的疼爱；在城市里，有多少“生活不能自理”的大学生抱怨父母的溺爱；还有多少个顽皮少年，在父母粗暴的“棒喝”下，走向违法犯罪的危险边缘。舐犊之情是为人父母的天性，但天然的父母却不一定天然合格、天然称职。爱，需要理性；养育，是一门科学。那我们该如何给孩子适当的爱呢？
父母是孩子的第一任教师，为了子女的前途，父母们都用心良苦，而最后的结果常常不尽人意，原因何在呢？这主要是由于他们爱孩子的方式不正确，父母缺乏明智的家庭教育所致。

第三，爱他们就要让他们经历磨难和挫折。在教育孩子成才的同时，要教育孩子成人，要知道成人比成才更重要。在父母们看来，孩子的分数是最重要的，只要孩子学习好，就万事大吉。父母们往往忽视了诚信、义务、合作等良好品德的培养，忽略了健康人格的构建，因此就容易造就出一些智力优秀的“歪才”“邪才”。

一、做孩子的好帮手
我们在学习数学时需要孩子收集一些资料，制做一些学具。例如：我们在学习钟表的认识时，需要制作钟面模型。6、7岁的孩子在完成这些任务时，需要你的帮助。
二、要经常指导孩子的学习

我是xx班xxx的家长。今天能与大家一起进行学习交流，我感到十分荣幸！首先，我要感谢学校为我们设立了这样一个交流平台，让我可以从学习中收获一些育儿经验；同时也要感谢老师对我的信任，给了我这么一次佷好的锻练机会。其实从季校长打来电话的那一刻起，说实话，我心里真有点诚惶诚恐：因为一直以来我觉得自己并不是特别合格的家长，有很多方面还做得不够好，还有，孩子到目前的表现也算不上特别突出。所以，在那么多家长面前，我想，与其说是经验交流，不如说是我们一起共同探讨孩子的成长。以下就是我想讲的几个方面体会，供大家参考，若有不妥之处，还请大家给予批评指正。
一、首先要明确家庭教育的重要性
我参加过多次学校组织的家校活动，通过学习我有很大的收获，第一首先要明确家庭教育的重要性，因为我认识到家庭教育是实施学校教育的基础，第二就是学校教育要与家庭教育互动，只有家校互动才能更有利教育孩子健康成长。
二、要关心了解孩子在校的表现
在开展家庭教育过程中，我还比较注意及时了解孩子在学校里面的表现，比如孩子在校是否能够做到了尊敬老师？是否能够关心团结爱护同学？在学校里面是否能够上好每堂课？学习的态度是否端正？能否按时完成每项作业？总之，每隔几天我都会打电话给老师问孩子在校的情况，在家经常与孩子聊聊在学校里的表现情况，如果发现一些新的情况或者有什么疑问的时候，我就及时到学校与老师进行联系沟通，一旦确定存在这样那样的问题就及时教育帮助，并督促孩子及时加以改正，因为老师传授的各方面知识是一定要掌握的。
三、努力创建“学习型家庭“，让孩子以学为乐
作为家长，工作中有好多东西要学、职称考试要考，这时不妨和孩子一起学习，让她懂得“活到老学到老”、“不努力学习就要被淘汰”的道理，让她从小养成主动学习的习惯。
家长不仅要带头学习，为孩子做学习的表率，而且和孩子一起学习，相互学习。和孩子一起读课外书，每读一篇文章都要说出从中学到了什么知识、懂得了什么道理，孩子对一切都感兴趣，这一点在日常生活中可以充分利用；坐公交车时让她认站名、买东西时让她算帐；还有下五子棋可以开发动脑的能力…… 让孩子在玩的同时也学能到知识。
四、家庭教育离不开常识
就是上一次参加亲子知识竞赛的时候，一回家，她爸爸就问她：“慧慧，今天，在学校过得开心吗？女儿用力得点点头说：爸爸，今天老师表扬我了，说我表现可棒了，我们得了一等奖，有进步哦！”她爸爸满脸疑惑地看了看我，问到：“是吗？”我肯定得点了点头，老公再次表扬了她。到了第二天早上女儿突然起得很早对我说：“我爱我的学校，妈妈我要起床，该上学了。”这时我想起了前一天的表扬和鼓励，激励了她，其实，适时的赏识，也能增进孩子的自信心。
五、要帮助孩子做好学习的总结
除了要抓好孩子的平时学习之外，还要帮助孩子做好一个阶段的总结工作，尤其在每次考试之后，要比较仔细地帮助孩子分析失败和不足之处，比如哪些方面出现问题就说明哪方面的知识还掌握得不够，通过考试以后的检查分析，好的方面加以巩固，不足之处及时采取措施加以补救，我一般采用两种方法：一是与任课老师交换意见找到存在的主要问题，以能够采取针对性的补救措施，二是安排一些同类型的题目进行强化训练，这对孩子今后的学习是能够起到积极推动作用的。
六、要给孩子足够的学习空间
给孩子一定的空间也是十分重要的，除了完成必要的作业解决一些实际问题外，其它时间我一般都让孩子自己安排，比如做手工、听音乐、下棋、做游戏等，只要有利于孩子身心健康的活动我从来不加干涉，如孩子喜欢看的节目、一些国内外新闻我就引导她看，这也是一种很好的学习，对于孩子健康发展是很有益的，因为学习是一个漫长的过程，如果把孩子锁定在一个范围里面，身心得不到调整和休息就有可能物必其反，就有可能产生厌倦造成逆反心理，使孩子感到学习很枯燥很乏味，而丧失对学习的兴趣和信心。
七、家长做好榜样，和孩子一起成长
教育者要先受教育，家长要和孩子一起成长。你孝敬老人，子女才可能孝敬你；你工作生活充满自信，子女才可能面对挫折不断追求。榜样的作用是无穷的，家长的人格力量是最重要的教育因素。我们都是普普通通的家长，不会有什么惊天动地的壮举感染或教育孩子，只是应该在日常生活的琐碎事中注意，比如吃东西，好吃的全家一块吃，好玩儿的全家一块玩儿，让孩子潜移默化中理解和做到“分享”的意义，在这方面，我们家朱慧在幼儿园的时候就做到了这一点，她会主动把大的水果拿给小朋友，自己吃最小的；把自己最喜欢的玩具拿出来与小朋友一起玩；家里要是来客人的话，她就会主动搬椅子让坐等。
八、学习环境的布置
为了孩子的'健康成长，我比较注意给孩子创设一个良好的学习环境，在家中设立了一个陈列架，除了放一些书籍资料之外，还在放置一些孩子自己创作的作品，以及在各项比赛中所获得的奖状等，虽然有时候孩子的房间和桌面比较乱，但是只要与孩子的创作有关的活动，我一般不会轻易的去责怪她，而是积极的去引导她，让她自己去纠正不好的习惯。
九、帮孩子学会自立
现在的父母工作都很忙，有时抽不出时间来教育孩子，因此帮助孩子学会自立特别重要，作为家长应当注意从小培养这种能力，因此我除了给予必要的照料之外，就鼓励孩子自己动脑去做自己的事情，出现什么问题时再加以指导，然后再让她自己去解决自己的这些问题。
十、让孩子在小事中明是非，辨真伪，识美丑
意大利诗人但丁曾说过这样一句话：“一个知识不健全的人可以用道德去弥补，而一个道德不健全的人却难于用知识去弥补。”可见，对孩子的道德教育是多么重要！
几天前我从川沙回来，顺路去了世纪联华购物，在超市看到一款适合自己的一件上衣和一条裙子，因为价格稍微贵了点，最终还是没舍得买。买完其他东西后坐上公交车回家，可上车没一会儿就发现皮包的拉链被拉开了，钱包不翼而飞了，小偷早已溜得不知去向。放在包中的工资卡﹑身份证等都让小偷给偷走了。之后我在QQ上写了篇日志，告诉他人外出坐车一定要慎防小偷。做坏事也是由小事开始，积少成多，最终养成恶习。事后我告诉孩子：“做人要品性如竹，直而不曲！做过坏事的人，终有一天会得到应有的惩罚！”孩子听了点了点头。

我的同学曾经推荐我阅读过北京师范大学钱志亮博士的博客中的文章，其中一篇《家有学童始劳碌———————写给小学一年级的家长》的'文章对我帮助很大，使我在孩子进入小学前就做好了小学生家长的各方面准备。我们的孩子从幼儿园升入小学，学习环境、学习内容、学习方法、生活方式等发生了很大的变化，此时的家长应该全力以赴，象当年教孩子走路一样帮孩子渡过幼小衔接的难关。
二、做朋友型家长，创设良好家庭氛围。
家庭作为社会的最基本单位，在社会生活中发挥着最重要的作用。孩子在学校和将来走入社会中做人做事的态度和方法都有将来源于家庭。因此，作为家长我们应该给孩子创设良好的家庭氛围。
1、良好的家庭人际关系。家庭成员之间有事好商量，孩子就会学着跟老师、同学们交往，而交往这一步是孩子向老师学习向同学学习的第一步；
2、良好的家庭生活秩序。专家指出，孩子学龄前期的生活习惯的养成一定会向着学龄期的学习习惯迁移。因此，我们在家庭中要求孩子自己的事情自己做，家人的事情帮着做。培养孩子的独立与合作。孩子放学回家有八部曲，在这里我分享给大家：
放好书包换鞋衣；讲究卫生把手洗；一定喝水吃东西；赶紧坐定先复习；
再做作业心有底；检查对错需仔细；明天学啥先预习；收拾准备好欢喜。
3、良好的言语互动方式。经常像孩子表达爱，经常使用这样的语言支持孩子——————我信任你、你能行、再试试看、加油、别灰心、你怎么这么能干、你真了不起等等——————心情舒畅的孩子能快乐而轻松地飞翔，否则只能痛苦而缓慢地爬。
三、做合作型家长、主动配合老师工作
1、了解学校和老师的要求。只有了解了学校和老师的要求，我们才能做到家校同步，形成家校教育合力；
2、永远不在孩子面前说学校的不是。我经常向孩子讲述自己小时候在学校的趣事，和孩子聊聊自己对学习的渴望，努力培养孩子对学校的情感；
3、坚决维护老师在孩子心目中的威信。家长聊天绝对不在孩子面前随便评论老师，老师是低年级小学生最尊敬、最崇拜的人。老师的形象在他们心中是最完美的，他们听老师的话，模仿老师的言行，这是塑造学生灵魂的关键时期。这时小学生的情感不稳定，如果破坏了老师的形象，降低了老师的威信，孩子从此没法管也没人管得了。
但在这里我带要加上一句就是，千万不要动不动就拿老师来威胁、吓唬孩子。在孩子幼小的心灵中留下了阴影，这种负面的信息会影响到孩子对学校的期望。
