转眼之间，寒假又到了，大三过了一半，离毕业越来越近，实习、找工作、写论文、考研等就成为我们的计划了。假期是大学生充实自己、增加阅历、了解社会的重要阶段。作为社会中的一员，大学生都有着自己精彩的假期计划：打假期工，是一种身心的磨练，在赚取生活费用的同时，又可以亲身提前感受社会的现实;有人进一步去学习，参加雅思、托福、考研等培训班，让自己的知识得到更完善的补充;有人则准备跋山涉水，去游历神州各个地方，扩展自己的视野…… 而我在即将毕业之前，为以后的工作累积经验，我选择了去媒体实习这项活动。
大学三年，基本的理论知识都基本掌握了，现在正是投入到实践中去。这个寒假我去了电台实习，主要实习怎样当记者、采访、写新闻，把以前老师上课讲的知识运用到实践当中。这是我大学以来第一次的媒体实习，以前的寒假都是去兼职打工的，这次实习从中我成熟了许多，学到了很多课堂上学不到的东西。在实习过程中，不能只是在实习中观察老师前辈们怎么做，更多的是要亲身去尝试。
第一次踏进广西人民广播电台时，我既庆幸又紧张，庆幸的是来到期待已久的电台实习，而又紧张实习的时候会出错、什么都不懂。所以，第一周实习的时候，每天都呆呆地坐在办公室看记者前辈的稿件，学习他们怎样写，虽然在学校时也学过广播新闻的写作，但这是我第一次投入到实践中，刚开始有点不适应，接下来时间久了就懂得他们的写作手法，但只是了解广播新闻的写作，并没有实际操作，因为我在的那个部门是新闻中心，主要是时政方面的新闻，老师们并不放心给我们实习生自己去完成，所以很多时候都要我们主动去争取的。平时没有采访活动的时候在办公室帮编辑写写稿签、接接电话，有时打扫打扫办公室，虽然都是一些简单、闲杂的工作，但从中都会学到很多为人处世的东西。在之后的`实习中，我没有想到会学到这么多东西。
在电台实习，首先让我学到的是：做什么事都要学会主动。我们去实习没有专门老师带，记者有采访任务的话，都要实习生先和记者联系好，到时跟出去采访，在外面采访的时候要主动发现问题、提出问题。就像办公室的主任说：“主动一点好啊，我就比较喜欢主动一点儿的人。”
第二，就是要真诚地学会和人打交道。除了和其他实习生打交道，怎样和自己的老师处理好关系也是非常重要的一步，这直接关系着我们的实习质量，说远了，还能为你在以后的实习和找工作打好基础。所以，在外面实习，我们要时刻注意自己的言行，因为这不仅仅关乎我们自己，更因为我们代表着学院。 刚进电台时，大家都是陌生的脸孔，不过你只要微笑着和他们打招呼，每天早上见到他们都要微笑的对他们说声“早”或“早上好”，下班回去时也要和他们说“我先走了，明天见。”从心底真诚的一声问候，都能给人好的印象。
再来，这次电台实习工作也让我懂得了，不管自己多聪明多能干，也要注重和别人合作。有时采访回来的录音材料要紧急处理，而自己又来不及，就要和别人一起合作;或者遇到一些无从下手的新闻时，就询问记者前辈的意见，和他们一起讨论沟通，而这些，都是要自己主动去做的。这样的合作沟通之后，思路更明确下笔更容易了。
还有，对工作要有热情、有自信。对采访的工作始终保持高度的热情，才有可能把新闻做好。寒假是电台以及其他媒体的实习生非常多，与我在广西电台实习的学生就有很多，其中有来自其他重点高校的毕业生。他们的专业知识我深知是不能跟他们比的。但是如果你表现的过于谦虚甚至软弱，他们，甚至台里的人就会认为我们学院的学生只不过是个小角色而已。所以你必须表现的更有自信。
最重要的一点也是要重视写作能力。虽然电台的记者并不像报社有那么多的新闻稿件要写，但写作能力必须要很强、很熟练。稿件要求简单、口语化，所以对于一个事件，怎样抓住事件的关键，简明扼要地表达出自己的观点，良好的文字能力是首要的。
这次的实习是我们综合能力的一次全面考察，除了考察我们的专业水平和理论知识以外，还考察了我们的为人处世态度，做人原则以及处事方法，简而言之，就是考察我们是否懂得怎样做人。勤奋是首要的，通宵达旦这些都应该是常事，因为我们是实习生，是来学习的;主动的多和与老师前辈交流，不要窝在办公室里异想天开，要及时和记者沟通，善于和记者交流，要放得下面子，尽全力去争取，即使不一定能做得很好，但起码自己努力过，最重要的是过程。

我所接管的三（4）班更是如此，听一些老师说，我们班是全级最调皮的学生，那些学生谁都不怕，只怕班主任，根据我所了解和观察，确实只这样。因为我去听他们原来的不是班主任的语文老师上语文课，一听果然不出所料，纪律真的不怎么好，除了很多不听课开小差，还有一两个同学经常都插嘴，妨碍老师教学。一开始，我也遇到了其他老师所遇到的问题，但是后来我慢慢意识到他们的心理，大多是因为课堂枯燥，对老师讲的内容没什么兴趣，所以上课注意力不集中，也就对老师提的问题不怎么搭理了。根据这个特点，我在教学设计上更多地趋向趣味性，加入了很多猜字谜，玩游戏，当小老师等等，更注重运用他们喜欢的教学方式。在语文课堂上进行趣味教学，尽量吸引学生的注意力，组织好学生的纪律。渐渐地，在我的课堂上，学生的发言总是络绎不决，争先恐后，连一些差生的表现也积极了很多。

二、给予学生更多的耐心，要公平地对待每一位学生
后来的几天我们一部分人去了楠溪江景区做了募捐活动，一共募集到700多元人民币。我们还为留守儿童送去温暖，送去祝福，送去他们所需要的学习用具——书包。最后一天晚上，我们实践队在当地一所祠堂开了一场晚会，虽然来看的人不多，有些准备还没有做到位，可我心里还是很开心的，毕竟这是我们的第一次晚会，就算有什么瑕疵，它在我心目中也是完美的。在晚会中，我担任了舞台设计的工作，为了舞台的效果，我们不惜找来了一些绿色植物来设计舞台，还借来了地毯和后台的幕布，还有演讲的桌子，以及音响电脑等。虽说不易，可我们还是做到了。费了一下午的时间设计好舞台，看到他们对舞台的热烈赞美，心里还是美滋滋的，也不妄费我们这么用心的设计了。
在当代，大学生就业确实是有相当大的难度的，每年都有很多毕业生找不到工作。在我看来，主要原因还是能力问题和就业技巧。能力主要分在校学习的基础知识、生活中积累的一些经验和自己的交际能力，这一点的重要性几乎是决定性的。这些能力是不可能在短时间内可以培养出来的，它是岁月的沉淀，需要我们随时积累。
金钱、享受对幸福的影响。不可否认，金钱和物质财富是个人幸福实现的物质基础，也是培养正确幸福观的物质前提。一个生活在物质匮乏社会中的人，为了生存他不得不每天四处奔波、居无定所，他不可能会体会到人生的幸福，对他而言生活就是痛苦的感觉，幸福是可望不可即的。但是，物质财富应在幸福生活中占多大比重？性别比较发现，男生比女生更注重金钱在幸福中的作用，这与男女生未来的社会角色有一定关系。调查中，只有17。5%的人为自己的经济状况烦恼。应该说他们在物质生活上是丰富的幸福的，然而，我认为在未来的社会生活中，大学生在此方面的关注度应该会增加。
课间的时候，经常都会有很多学生来级室告状，谁拿了我的笔，谁打了一下我，谁说我的坏话等等，一些无足轻重的小事。刚开始觉得他们好烦，那么小的事情也值得他们，天天地跑来级室告状。但是我看见那里的老师都很耐心地给每一个同学来解决他们的小矛盾，觉得真是佩服他们，天天为这些小事来费口舌。后来问老师，老师很认真地跟我说，这些小事在我们看来是小事，但是在小学生看来却不是一件小事。如果他们知道老师是不管这些小事，他们之间就私下解决，解决不了就打架，打伤了人就不是小事了，我们要耐心地给他们解决这些小事。听了老师的话才恍然大悟，看来这些小事真的不小，后来有一些学生向我告状的时候，我不再是说：“你不要理他就行了。”这句话了。而是，更详细地了解他们之间发生矛盾的，并公正地给他们判断谁对谁错，给他们讲一些道理，让他们心服口服，并要求错的同学给另一个同学道歉。
三、关心爱护每个学生
大学生就业问题早已成为社会问题中的重要一环，年复一年毕业的大学生都在为就业而四处奔波。社会对大学生就业问题的看法也是参差不齐。20xx年发生的金融危机无疑又使这一问题雪上加霜。这一问题成了国家亟待解决的问题之一。
作为一名教师，我爱班上的优等生，更爱班级的后进生。在学习中，不让一个学生掉队。如我班黄可同学，每次上课发呆，不肯做作业，每次叫他做作业，他总是说不会。我没有放弃他，而是手把手的教他写字，抓住他的点滴进步，不断鼓励他，在学生面前夸奖他是个聪明的孩子。课堂上，我也经常都会叫他来回答问题，并在课堂上尽可能地表扬他。
渐渐的，他不但能完成作业，而且成绩也有了很大的进步。每天早读前，我都会提前检查他的作业，看到有错的地方，就帮他指出并改正。在一些主题班会上，我也尽量争取机会让他上台表演，以增强他对自己的信心。一段时间后，我明显感到他进步了很多，上课比以前爱听课了，作业也完成得越来越好了，看到他的进步，心里真的感到很高兴。我们班的学生下课后或上课前，总爱跑到我这里跟我说话、聊天，也有问学习上的问题，感觉跟学生们的距离拉近了好多。

竞聘副站长这个职位，我认为自己具有以下几个方面的有利条件。我过脸，背后搞过人。始终认为：沉默是金，忍让是银，帮人是德，吃亏是福。
在个人修养上，认为一个人的高尚情操和修养不是凭空与生俱来的，而是经过不断学习，修练培养而来的，所以，平时我只要有空在不影响工作的前提下，读书，习字画，从不教一日闲过。努力使自己成为一个有高尚情操有修养的人。

作为副手，一切都有要以站长的工作思路和目标为中心开展做好自己的工作。
二、摆正位置，做好配角、当好参谋。
副职的主要职责，对站里的全面工作，要尽其所有，收集各种信息供站长参考，向站长提供各种建议和主张，帮助站长顺利作出决策，其次，要有统筹兼顾的思想，当好站里的协调人，使做出的决策能符合大多数人的意愿。当站长注意外务活动时，自己要坚守内部事务，当站长转向内部事务时，自己则承担对处的交涉，弥补站长所不能的面面俱到，当站长因工作需要回避责任时，自己则要站出来承担恶名，自觉维护一把手的形象。
总而言之，要做到尽职不越权，帮忙不添乱，补台不拆台。
三、天时不如地利，地利不如人和，家和万事兴。只有团结，工作才能形成合力。平时工作难免有产生误解、矛盾和磕磕拌拌的事。所以要协助站长拓宽和疏通民主渠道，遇事和大家商量，虚心真诚地听取群众意见，兼听则明，偏听则暗，做好领导和群众，群众和群众之间的协调人，多和大家交心，交朋友，一碗水端平，努力营造一个相互信任、相互帮助、相互理解的人际关系，和谐的工作环境，一个即有民主，又有高度集中，又有个人心情舒畅的工作氛围。
四、上岗后要以服务为目的，
不以争取为目的，我始终认为当领导就意味着要吃苦在前，享乐在后，只有奉献，不能索取，不能有任何私心杂念，要想群众之所想，急群众之所急，公正廉明，经常和群众换位，想想群众的感受，事关群众个人切身利益问题上，多为群众争取，尽量让给群众。同时用自己的人格魅力，做好表率作用.孔子在《论语》中就有其身正，不令而行；其身不正，虽令不从。这句话就是告诫领导者必须培养正气，以身示范。
我的座右铭就是：律已足以服人，量宽足以得人，身先足以率人。
最后，我表个态，如果领导和大家把我推上这个岗位，我将珍惜这个机会，用心，用情、用良心干好工作。反之，不能上岗，我将一如既往在以后的岗位上尽心、尽力、尽职、尽现。无论结果如何，我都始终会老老实实做人，扎扎实实做事。言必信，行必果。

But the power of knowledge collaboration is certainly not restricted to science and engineering; it is in the full community of learning. Walking around campus I absorbed a reality that there is a seamless web between students from different professional backgrounds. The engineering students are discussing animatedly in a philosophy lecture, speaking passionately in the public speaking club, and looking for sparkling ideas from learning history and arts. How wonderful that is! That, ladies and gentleman, is just a significant step forward to be well-rounded because once we jump out of the circle we can see the bigger picture.
My friends, I hope that you have already got what university is all about. Please let me end my speech with the Nobel Prize winner Li Zhengdao’s words: “The realization of the perfect combination of science and engineering, science and arts, technology and humanity， is the greatest symbol of a university’s success.” Thank you.
