My Feelings after reading Wuthering Heights
Wuthering Heights is a well-written tragedy of love. After reading the whole story, I would like to talk about the main characters of the storyCatherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff. Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff love each other very much, but they do not have the right attitude towards love, which leads to the tragedy.
In Catherines life, she made a very foolish decision---marrying to Edgar. In fact, her love for Edgar can never be compared to that for Heathcliff. She did so, because she thought the wealth of Edgar would be useful to Heathcliff. But in reality, it did not work. She did not have a good understanding of love, which is something pure and saint. If anyone add any purpose into love, love itself lost its meaning. Catherines wrong decision hurt two people who love her, and even destroyed the happiness of their offspring.
Heathcliff is a man full of retaliation. He loved Catherine very much, but what he did, on the contrary, added to the misery of Catherine. In my opinion, if he really loved Catherine, he should not walk into Catherines life again after his disappearance. Further more, after the death of Catherine, what Heathcliff did brought agony to Catherines daughter, as well as his own son.
After reading, I have a better understanding of love. If you love really someone, his or her happiness is the thing that most matters.

初中学生的英语学习基础参差不齐,给教师的教学带来许多困难。学生学习成绩两极分化严重,普英语学科分化问题更为突出。怎样帮助、指导学生增强学习英语的信心,变厌学为乐学,提高学生的整体水平,从而扭转两极分化现状,已成为每位英语课教师探讨的重要课题之一。通过不断研究和实践,我摸索出一种办法,就是本着整体教学思想,分组进行教学,重视师生关系提高自身素质来激活课堂气氛,用心对作业评语。这些不但提高了差生的英语成绩,也较好地解决了两极分化问题。
一、整体教学思想
整体教学是一种教学思想,不应单纯地被看为一种教学方法。整体教学思想是现代外语教育教学研究的重大成果,是社会发展和中学教育教学的目标对于外语教学的需要。外语教学和教研人员都应该认识到:整体教学是现代外语教育教学理论和实践研究的成果所确定的。现代外语教育教学理论和实践研究得出为众多外语教学流派所公认的结论有3条:
(1)部分之和不等于整体。
语言是个活的机体,不能切割成一块一块地去学。学习了某种语言一条条、一项项的知识,绝不等于掌握了语言整体。
(2)语言知识不等于语言运用。
语音、语法、词汇等只属于语言的结构体系。语音、语法、词汇等是语言运用的准备,但不等于语言运用。
(3)语言教学的目的应该是语言运用,而不是语言知识的掌握。
二、提高教师自身的素质
提高教师自身素质是实施素质教育的关键。教师在教学中,年复一年,届复一届地传授着同样的内容,很容易形成固定的思维模式,许多知识也会逐渐遗忘。作为“授业”和“解惑”者的教师,应该是一个自觉的终身学习者,在学习实践中不断发展创新。如果教师能把自己的学识与所教的内容融会贯通,课堂教学活动就会变得生动而有趣,学生易于理解,乐于接受,轻松自然地获取新的知识。
三、重视师生关系,激活课堂气氛
德国教育家赫尔巴特说:“在所有的东西中间,人最需要的东西乃是人”。人需要关怀需要爱,人需要得到别人的尊重和信任。师生之间也一样。中学生情感丰富,教师在教学中要懂得以情感人,特别是“差生”更需要教师的关怀、爱护。
教师在教学中,要借用表情、眼神、嗓音等非语言形式,让学生感受到信任和友爱。每个学生都有追求上进的愿望,但学生间总存在着个体差异,教师要主动了解他们的学习、兴趣、爱好等,有的放矢地进行教育,如在提问、练习中,可根据学生的能力差异分组
在调查了解摸清底细的基础上分组由于每个学生在学习目的与动机、学习习惯与方法、智力水平与接受能力上存在着差异,如果任课教师在教学中墨守陈规,这就往往会适成许多学生“初一劲头十足”,“初二情绪低落”,“初三放弃不学”的局面。到了初三,英语教师面对众多英语水平参差不齐且对英语失去学习信心的学生,真是弃之不忍,教之无策。只好课上教好生,课下抓差生,加班加点,辛苦之极却事倍功半。如何摆脱这样困境,变被动为主动?如何提高教学效果?于是我在“因人施教”、“因材施教”上进行探索。既然学生的英语学习水平有明显的差异,那么只采用面对少数学习成绩好的学生的课堂教学模式显然是不符合面向全体学生的教学要求的。课堂教学是学生掌握教学内容的主渠道,如果把大多数中差学生排除在外,势必造成课上损失课下补的恶性循环……
在教学过程中,作为主导者的教师应充分认识到:学生正处于心理发展的关键时期,学习状态极易受情感因素的影响。学生对教师的情感能直接影响甚至决定他们的学习态度和学习效果。为此,教师要努力克服情感因素对学生的负面影响,从根本上提高自身素质和个人魅力,让学生身心愉快地参与课堂教学活动,以提高学习效率。
四、作业评语与课堂用语是英语教学的两个要素。
教师使用课堂用语是为了提高学生的英语口语理解和表达能力,对于知识点和书面表达的掌握程度则要通过作业来练习和检验。教师多使用作业评语可以提高学生的书面理解和表达能力。课堂用语转眼即逝,而作业评语却能长久保存。在课堂上教师面对的是全班学生,在有限的课堂时间内不可能逐一对学生进行评价。而教师在批改作业时所面对的是每一位学生的作业,便于因材施教,个别指导。可以说,评语可弥补课堂教学的不足,是师生对话的一种方式。学生阅读作业评语是对语言的实际运用。因为教师在评语中所使用的语言是有实际内容的,即对某个学生及其作业的具体情况所进行的分析或评价,所以很容易被学生理解、接受或效仿。
作业评语所使用的语言应该与学生的语言水平相当。教师可以利用学生已学的单词、短语、句型、时态、语态、语气或篇章结构等,也可以用即将接触的语言。这不仅可以评价作业,而且能帮助学生巩固和运用语言

句型是根据句子的结构、特点和意义从大量的句子中抽象、概括出来的语言的一般表现形式。在教学中,根据学生的认知特点、心理特点和教学实际,运用建构主义教学思想设计教学活动,有利于句型教学目标的高度达成,应当把握以下四个基本途径。
一、创设真实情景,加强意义理解
建构主义学习理论把创设情境看做是“意义建构”的必要前提。在小学英语教学中,教师可利用多媒体和其他直观教学手段,创设有利于学习者建构意义的情景,加强对句型的感知与理解。例如,为了教学生“行为动词一般现在时态的一般疑问句式及其肯定和否定回答方式”,一位教师在教室前的黑板上方悬挂了一个气球,邀请一个男生和一个女生进行触摸气球的竞赛,并发出“Jump high and touch the balloon”的指令。男生跳得高,碰到了气球;女生则没有触摸到气球。这时,教师很自然地指着男生问其他学生:Does he iump high?学生回答:Yes,he does,再指着女生问:Does she jump high?教师得到的回答自然是No,she doesn’t,这样。学生就在这个真实的情景中自然地理解了该句型的意义。
二、设计旧知铺垫。巧妙呈现新知
在小学英语教学中,教师要充分挖掘教材,把学生原有的知识、经验作为获取新知识的基础,通过提示新、旧句型之间的联系,帮助学生建构当前所学句型的意义。例如,在教学《牛津小学英语2B》(译林版,下同)第三单元“What can you see?”时,有一位教师首先与学生进行已经学过的“Can you…?”会话,然后通过多媒体出示一个停车场的夜景图。随着一束模拟探照灯的光束移向不同的车辆,教师逐个说:A car.I can see a car.A bus.Ican see a bus.A jeep.I can see…然后,将光束聚焦在一辆小汽车上,问学生:What can you see?引导学生答:Ican see a car.这种从旧知引人人手,通过铺垫性操练,引导学生自然地感知并理解新句型,学生会学得轻松、活泼。
三、强调意义联系。实现知识迁移
建构主义学习理论认为,学习不是简单的信息积累,更重要的是包含新旧知识经验的冲突。以及由此而引发的认知结构的重组。“联系”与“思考”是意义构建的关键。小学英语句型教学应培养学生通过对知识的主动探索和发现来建构所学知识的意义。
《牛津小学英语》教材的编写采用循环式编排方式。以时间表达的句型为例,这套教材在3B、4A、5B的教材中先后三次在相关单元安排了时间表达的不同句型,体现了“循序渐进、逐步扩展、综合复现”的原则。有一位教师在教学5B第七单元“A busy day时安排了4个教学步骤:1 教师出示教具钟。T:What’s the time?(旧知)S1:It’s three o’clock,(旧知)2 教师将时间拨到3:30。T:What time is it?(新知)S2:It’s three thirty,(旧知)3 学习新句型后,教师让学生向教师提问。S3:What time is it?(刚学的新知)T:n’s halfpast three,(新知)4 教师出示新旧句型,让学生读一读,比一比,想一想,说一说。
这种根据教材内容的编排特点,帮助学生实现由旧知向新知的迁移的教学方法,既突出了知识的连贯性和整体性的教学,从客观上降低了学生理解新知的难度,又有利于学生循序渐进地建构新知。
四、提倡协作交流。体现真实交际
建构主义学习理论认为,理想的学习环境应当包括情境、协作、交流和意义建构四个部分。其中,协作应该贯穿于整个学习活动过程中。在这个过程中。每个学习者的想法都为整个学习群体所共享。交流是协作过程中最基本的方式,而真实交流的活动又是学习环境的重要的特征。有一位教师在教学5B第五单元时,在句型教学的最后环节设计了“认识新朋友”的任务。教师出示朋友Tom的照片,要求学生分组讨论如何利用所学的新句型“Does he?”来了解Tom的情况,并把问题记录下来,派代表向老师提问,以获取Tom的相关信息。交流时,学生纷纷发言:Does he live in London?Does he studyChinese,9 Does hertln fast,9 Does he swim well?…在这个存在信息差的交际任务中,学生相互协作,通过交流建构起了有关Tom的信息资料,既熟练巩固了所学句型,又在真实的交际活动中获得了成功的喜悦感,增添了学习信心和兴趣。
任何一门课程的教学目标都不是唯一的,但是,任何课程都有一个基本目标。那么小学英语教育的基本目标是什么?《英语课程标准(实验稿)》对此作了一个明确的回答,这就是“学生的发展是英语课程的出发点和归宿”。这里,“学生的发展”的内涵是丰富的,但是决不能被泛化而失去其最基本的学科特征。它应当主要地是指学生英语语言能力的发展。
在一个以英语作为外语教育的国度里,学生英语语言能力发展的主要途径还是靠课堂。这就给我们的小学英语教师提出了一个问题,即如何通过课堂教学来促进学生的英语语言能力的发展。
对于这个问题,许多小学英语教师一直在实践中艰苦探索,努力在实践中做出了一些改进,也或多或少取得了一些成效。但是,从总体来看,这个问题并没有得到令人满意的解决。一个重要原因是,我们的教学研究只是试图不断调整我们那些不恰当的教学行为,而并没有真正触及英语课堂教学改革的灵魂,即没有真正解决制约英语教育发展的理论与理念的问题。
在新一轮基础教育课程改革的进程中,建构主义教学思想犹如一缕春风,向我们扑面而来。源于西方哲学思想又被认知心理学所广泛应用的建构主义,其基本原理一经应用于课堂教学。就产生了奇迹般的效果,建构主义教学思想也因此应运而生。
与西方以往外语教学法各种流派不同的是,建构主义教学思想不仅突出强调了“以人为本”和“促进人的发展”的思想——这与我们的新课程改革在本质上是完全一致的——更重要的是,它是有其坚实的哲学基础的。
辩证唯物论认为,世界是普遍联系的;建构主义教学思想则认为。任何学科知识都是具有联系性的,真正的语言能力是综合运用语言的能力,而不是孤立的、机械的、僵死的应答操练。离开具体情境的语句是没有任何确定性意义的,
辨证唯物论认为,物质世界的发展总是有条件的;建构主义教学思想则认为,语言知识的建构不仅需要激发学生已有的语言知识储备和经验积累,而且需要创设、呈现新的语言现象的具体情境。让学生在真实的或模拟的情境中去体悟新的语言现象及其语义和用法。
辩证唯物论认为,物质运动总是在原有的基础上,从低级向高级不断发展的:建构主义教学思想则认为,学生的语言知识和语言能力的建构和发展过程是必须循序渐进的。
辩证唯物论认为,人对世界的认识是需要发挥主观能动作用的;建构主义教学思想则认为,学生的知识与能力的获得过程是需要学生这个学习主体去主动探究和亲历体验的,而不能是被动接受的。
世界上没有包治百病的灵丹妙药。建构主义教学思想对于促进学生英语语言能力的发展也不可能是万能的。然而,在我们研究了《英语课程标准(实验稿)》所倡导的六大理念时,竞发现这六大理念无不与建构主义教学思想相关联!这决不是一个巧合!如此说来,在我们苦思冥想如何通过改善课堂教学来促进学生的英语语言能力的发展这个问题时,我们是否应该从建构主义教学思想中得到一些启示呢?
课外活动是教学的一种辅助组织形式,是课堂教学的集成和深入。因此,有效的布置这类作业,有助于教学质量的提高。根据课外活动及英语学科的特点,布置此类作业有以下几种形式。
(1) 英语歌曲
唱歌能陶冶人的情操,优美的旋律能带给人欢乐,绝大数学生喜欢唱歌。经典的英文老歌“Edelweiss”,家喻户晓的影视名曲“My heart will go on”无不令人陶醉,而最受学生欢迎的要数流行歌曲了,S.H.E, F4一首首好听的英语歌曲,使他们感觉新鲜、刺激。因此,学生常常使积极主动地去听去学,自己自觉地练。所以布置这样的作业时要允许学生自由选择,选择了自己感兴趣的英文歌曲,他们便经常唱,反复唱。这样,他们能在体验音乐美感的同时,不自觉地复习或学习一些单词、句型,从而提高了他们的记忆能力和英语学习的兴趣。为了提高学生学习英语的积极性,我们可举办英文歌曲演唱会,让学生登台演出,体验成功的喜悦,参与的乐趣。
(2) 英语竞赛
每个人都有自己的长处,面向全体学生,充分发挥不同学生的长处组织各种竞赛,这又是课外活动型作业的一种形式。组织此项活动可以以年级为单位,形式有英语书法比赛、听力比赛、演讲比赛、猜词比赛、智力问答、脑筋急转弯等等。因此此类作业形式生动有趣,学生会以极大的热情积极准备,教师应组织评为认真评定,评出集体奖和个人奖,对学生的成绩予以表彰。此项活动可以发展学生的智力和个性,展现他们的才华。
(3) 英语角
为了给学生创造英语语言环境,我们还可以给学生布置这样的作业,即每周参加英语角活动。在学校文化氛围较浓厚的走廊花架处设立“英语角”的活动场所,在其入口的醒目位置竖立“Welcome To Our English Conner”等标牌。这样的布置立刻使学生感受到一种说英语的氛围,给学生创立了一个仿真的口语交际与应用环境。有时侯还可以根据需要和条件邀请外籍教师来校参观与英语角的活动。学生可以在英语角大声背诵课文中的小诗、绕口令、儿歌;或根据老师确定的主题小组交谈或是进行辩论赛。还可用英语与老师和同学自由地交流思想,交流学习。英语角的活动使学生在语言运用中不知不觉地获得了英语知识和技能,口语交际能力大大提高了。这种语言环境的营造可使学生体会到学英语有趣,学英语有用,英语容易学。
(4) 听英语广播,看樱花雨电视节目
课本的知识再多也是有限的,而我们的周围英语无处不在,电视里有丰富多彩的英语节目,CCTV Channel 5的球赛转播,CCTV Channel 6 周二的原声影院,引人入胜的Discovery, 与中学生同步的Outlook, 还有收音机里的英语新闻,只要我们稍加布置和引导,这些英语就会展现在学生们的面前。因为学生感兴趣,所以这是一类不用监督也一定会出色完成的作业形式。
(5) 英语表演
为了培养学生的综合素质,我们还可以布置英语表演型作业。可让学生自编、自演,也可以让学生把一些经典的'课本剧搬上舞台,如学生们熟悉的童话剧《灰姑娘》《白雪公主》,还有著名作家的文学作品,《项链》《麦琪的礼物》等。学生在这项活动中自己设计台词、表演、动作、服装、道具、舞台背景、灯光等,使他们各方面的才华得到充分的展示。
总之,多种形式的课外活动型作业,贴近自然、贴近生活、贴近社会,在一定程度上弥补了课堂教学的不足,丰富了学生的课余生活,是整个英语教学过程的一个有机组成部分,与英语课堂教学密切有关,是实现英语教学目的的重要途径之一。它保护了学生的好奇心,培养了他们的自主性和创新意识,激发了学生学习英语的积极性。

工作的日子里,能静下心来认真读书的时候并不多。恬淡的假日午后,伴随着暖日,我品读了首都师范大学林立主编的《小学英语教学研究》,收获颇丰。
教育家第斯多惠说过:“教育的艺术不在于传播的本领,而在于激励、唤醒和鼓励的一种教学艺术”。在初入教学领域的半年时间里,我就初步体会到其言之有理。每个教师都是艺术家,在不同领域塑造着不同特点的学生。我也深深陶醉在教育这一浓浓的艺术氛围中,成为幸福的探索者之一。
学生是课堂教学的主角,是课堂中活力最充分的体现。要使学生学得轻松愉快,教师就要想方设法组织好教学活动的全过程,激发起学生的学习兴趣。变“要我学”为“我要学”,调动学生积极探求、思考的欲望,从而达到教与学的最佳效果。
著名的外语专家章兼中教授曾经说过:任何一种语言都离不开它当时的情景和实践的基础,否则它是无源之水,无本之木。英语作为我国的第二语言,由于它缺乏语言独有的情景和实践的基础,变得枯燥乏味,学习起来困难重重,学生是难于全心全意地投入到英语学习中去。如何巧设一个引人入胜的学习情景,激发学生的求知欲望,达到事半功倍的教学效果,已成为教师教学工作中的一大难题。小学英语教材基本上是以日常生活中的一些简单的单词和对话为主要教学内容的教材。在教学中,教师可以充分利用现有的教具,如投影仪、实物、挂图、卡片等为学生创设一个轻松愉快的,有利于语言学习的学习氛围,激发起学生的“兴奋点”。譬如:在教购物时, 可以 利用实物把讲台布置成一间商店,创设一个买东西的情景,通过教师与学生、学生与学生之间有买有卖的交流。使学生学习起来加倍亲切,降低了教学的难度,学生更容易接受。又如在教“Happybirthday!”时,正好是班里 某位 同学的生日 的话 , 可以 把教室布置成为一个生日会,并要求学生把预先准备的礼物拿出来。上课时,组织学生为 生日的 同学唱生日歌、切生日蛋糕、吹蜡烛、送生日礼物并学用英语祝福。为学生提供了一个实践英语的机会,让学生在实践中学习英语,在实践中运用英语,充分调动起学生自主学习的积极性。通过学习使学生真正体会到外国人过生日的气氛,感受到学习的喜悦,增强了学生学习的“兴趣”。
教授新知识是一堂课的中心环节,是提高教学效果的关键。要用最短的时间获得最好的教学效果,这就要求教师要根据教材和学生实际的情况选择最佳的教学方法。中国的小学生学习英语由于缺乏语言的学习环境,深受社会文化和母语的影响,再加上小学生的年龄较小、直观记忆力较强的特点,决定了小学英语课堂教学是寓于直观,寓于乐趣。因此,我们在教学中可以运用图片、实物、简笔画、动作表情、CD机、录音机、投影机、卡通画等直观手段进行教学,做到音画交融、直观形象、生动活泼,有利于激发学生的好奇心,使得学生学习的兴趣浓厚,欲极性高,注意力集中,达到教学的最佳景界。如在教 上海版牛津英语1A “ Body ”时,我利用简笔画在黑板上画了一个 卡通人身 的画像,通过这样一画既吸引起学生目光 , 又直观生动、幽默风趣。 在 学生感知物体后,自问自答地讲:“What’sthis?这是什么呢?Thisis aneye,aneye 。”然后让学生模仿教师口型跟读几 遍 ,这样使得单词的教学音、形、义相结合,强化了学生的记忆。既排除了母语翻译的干扰又遵循视、听、说领先的语言教学原则,注重培养学生模仿、朗读的语言实践的能力,培养了学生的良好的学习习惯。
21世纪的今天,基础教育正在进行一次大革命,由“应试”教育向“素质”教育过渡。“满堂灌”的老教学模式已被时代所淘汰。现在学生真正当家作主成为教学活动的主人,这就要求教师要充分发挥学生的主观能动性,做到精讲多练,同时还要善于调动学生的情绪。学生的情绪一旦低落、产生疲劳时,就会对学习失去兴趣,造成课堂气氛沉闷,是难以达到预期的教学效果。这就要求教师要善于观察学生情绪的变化,及时更新教学形式,以新的教学形式给予学生新的吸引,引发起学生新的学习兴趣。小学生是天真、好奇、好胜的,教师可以安排一些如:抢答竞赛,找朋友,抢红旗,看谁听得准、说得快、写得好等刺激性较强的游戏,让全体学生参与到活动中去。“掌声”、“加油声”,为整个课堂凑响一首“欢乐之歌”,学生在不知不觉中获得了知识,调动起课堂学习的气氛,同时也将整个教学过程推向高潮。 j
素质教育要求我们教师要转变教育观念,把学生从“课桌”上解放出来,大胆让学生动起来,做到面向全体学生,因材施教,充分发挥学生的个性特长。通过让学生站起来做一做,摸一摸,仿一仿,说一说等,让学生身临其境地学习英语,感受学习的乐趣;通过几个人一小组议一议,演一演,练一练,画一画等从不同的角度锻炼学生多方面的才能,达到素质教育的要求。

尽管这世界有许多诱人的芳香,但如果缺少了“书香”,精神家园将是怎样的黯淡。最近,阅读了《小学英语新课程课堂教学案例》一书,给我以心灵上的触动! 从《小学英语新课程课堂教学案例》中,我看到了一个个令人感动的爱心故事。
许多优秀教师关注沉默的孩子,描述后进生的转化过程,关心和尊重学生,使学生获得进步的动力和源泉。他们真的很欣赏这些孩子。他们掌握了教育的艺术,爱的艺术。
“每个人心灵深处的信念,都存在着一种能量场,如果你从未怀疑过自己的学生或孩子会成为一个优秀的人,那么他会从你信念的能量场中接受到你的这一信息,并且又会把这一信息变成他的奋斗动力。”“一位女孩”,被国内教师评为“缺乏数学脑子”,却被美国老师赞为“具有数学特长”,能够“优雅且具有创造性地解决难题”;一个“厌学”的孩子变得出类拔萃,让美国教授对其能力和品质“以性命担保”。爱波斯坦,世界一流的脑外科权威专家之一,然而在读书时却有严重的学***,他称“我曾是智障者”……《小学英语新课程课堂教学案例》所展示的是感人至深的教育故事。
它为我打开的是教育的奥秘,也就是说,在真正诠释了学生的内心之后,付出的是爱。
1、 真正爱学生的,会低头、弯腰,和学生在心里交流,才能从每个学生身上找到一到金色的闪光。长期以来的“精英教育”,致使很多学生因为评价制度的偏颇成为所谓的“差生”,而教育的最终目的在于最广泛的提高人的素质。现代教育理论也表明,人的智力不是学习。
“一支铅笔有多少种用途?”——无数种,更何况是万物之灵的人!
二、真爱学生,不会将学生的“骄傲”看作甚于“毁灭其自尊和自信”的洪水猛兽,将不吝于对学生的赏识,对学生的优点和长处,始终抱着一颗心上和赞美之心;将小心地呵护孩子的梦,而不会做一个“偷走很多孩子的梦”的小偷,将用赏识为孩子提供梦想成真的自信和拼搏的激情。这份爱心,为学生未来的奋斗岁月里提供阳光的动力,会成为孩子“翅膀下的风”。
三、真爱学生,才懂得“漂亮的孩子人人喜爱,爱难看的孩子才是真正的爱的道理”。素质教育的大旗上有一个大写的“人”字,要求教师们善待每一个生命,尤其是那些曾经遭受到伤害的孩子。《小学英语新课程课堂教学案例》为教师们种下了一个信念--每个人都是天才,没有教不好的学生,只有不会教的老师。

(2)《好老师在这里》读后感夏笑琴
不知不觉中,我的教学生涯已经七年了。在这七年里,我有几个问题。怎样做一个好老师?好老师的特质是什么?每个老师踏上这行业的时候一定都告诫自己要成为一名好老师。
一个好老师,所从事的不是“教书”,也不是“教学”,而是“教育”工作。教育最显著的特点之一是师生之间的心灵交流。《好老师在这里》中给我印象最深刻的话是:
“教育不是你想带给孩子什么!而是你想带给自己什么!不要用冠冕堂皇的句子说一切都是为了孩子”。
带着这些疑问我走进了温州新华书店买了这本《好老师在这里》。我想它一定可以为我解答这些疑问。
毕业后,我现在教的班是我从一年级毕业到六年级的唯一一个班。我非常了解班上的每个学生。事实上,每个孩子都有一个完整的快乐、愤怒、悲伤和快乐,这需要老师们用心去接近。可是教师专业工作做久了,就会***常地成了“职业”工作,满满一个班的孩子在老师眼中渐渐长成同一种面孔,不经意间,老师就忽略了孩子的个别情绪和差异,人和人之间的友善关系也渐渐僵化起来。
美惠老师在工作中主张“用真心换真情”,她认为,“用真心换真情”的第一步,就是要“看见孩子的情绪”,而且要温柔地对待。
在这五年的教学生涯中,我批评学生、表扬学生,思考自己的教学生活。当我严厉地批评学生时,我感觉不到他们的真挚感情。相反,这只是一个充满鼓励的眼神,一个充满温暖和一点点帮助的动作,这让他们离我更近。我想每个老师都想成为一名好老师。让我们敞开心扉,走进孩子们的世界,倾听他们的心声,让他们天真的笑容在阳光下绽放。
从这本书中,我看到了一个新鲜而真实的教育故事,也聚集了一批优秀的教师,他们因为自己的投入而变得优秀。由于投入,他们细心地关心孩子,本能地理解与尊重孩子;由于投入,他们勤于钻研、善于反思;由于投入,他们不辞辛苦,不怕劳累;由于投入,他们变得更加优秀。所以我们在自己的教学中一定要全心全意的投入,才能让我们的教学更加的优秀。
(3)after reading pride and prejudice 洪丽聪
i like the english novelist jane austen a lot. she has only six novels in her life time — sense and sensibility, pride and prejudice, mansfield park, emma, northanger abbey and persuasion.
of all her works, i like pride and prejudice best. i have already read both chinese edition and english edition of this novel. i can’t help being addicted to the main characters elizabeth and darcy and thinking about the love relationship between them.
i do really admire elizabeth’s courage and wisdom as she deals with the issues of manners, upbringing, morality, education as well as marriage in the society of the landed gentry early 19th century england.
in pride and prejudice, from lydia’s lack of moral judgment, i know that the importance of the environment and upbringing on the development of young people’s character and morality; from the love between elizabeth and darcy as well as jane and bingley, i know that social standing and wealth are not that necessary. the opening line of the novel announces: “it is a truth universally acknowledged that a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife.
” each person that learns the english literature knows this famous sentence. in my heart, elizabeth and darcy are the symbols of pride and prejudice, as their relation starts with dislikes but ends with love and marriage.
sometimes, i think about two things after reading pride and prejudice: how important a role the parents play in the children’s life and the importance of education. for one thing, i think it better for children to live together with their parents than their grandparents, because children can fell loved by their family which makes them happy.
for another, parents should do all things in right ways because they are truly the first or the most important teachers in children’s early life. children will learn most from their parents, especial for the morality. therefore, parents should behave well in all parts of life.
for example, parents always are on time, their children will be so; parents always are honest and friendly, their children will have these two good qualities, too, etc.

近年来,为推进学生综合语言能力的培养,中学英语语篇教学越来越受到英语教学专家和一线教师的关注。如何将建构主义教学思想应用于中学英语语篇教学?我做了如下思考与尝试。
一、What?——在语篇教学中我们应该建构什么?
在当前的语篇教学中,我们往往把注意力过多放在新单词、新句式的教授上,一节课常常顾此失彼。教学目标不能达成。我在进行语篇教学的过程中,比较关注对学生学习策略的引导。譬如,在引入一篇对话或短文时,教学生抓住全文的关键信息:如果采用听的方式,我会教给学生速记的方法;如果采用阅读的形式,我会关注学生扫读的技巧。在引导学生学习一篇文章的过程中,我会注意引导学生学会根据上下文去猜测某些新单词的意义。而在对一篇对话或短文进行归纳总结的时候,引导学生学会抓住关键词作为提示可以提高学生学习的效率。我认为,在语篇教学过程中,我们为学生解决的,应该不仅仅是语言知识的积累,更重要的是学习方法的指导、学习习惯的养成,好的学习方法和习惯会让孩子们获益终生。
二、Where?——我们的语篇教学应该建构在哪里?
在语篇教学过程中,我常采用这样三个环节:1 导——设置话题,着力于激活与本语篇相关的背景知识,为学生提供建构的基础与可能,同时进行新单词新句式的适当铺垫(铺垫那些会对语篇学习形成较大障碍的内容);2 听/读——根据技能训练的不同要求,以听或读的方式为学生提供能够独立接触语篇的机会,让学生对语篇获得一个整体的、自己的感知。在此基础上,对文本进行进一步的处理,引导学生借助对文本的听或读获得信息、整理信息、转述信息,同时不断验证老师提供的学习策略或学习方法,使之逐步成为学生自己的学习经验;3 练——设置任务型的语言活动,以交流互动、有效合作等方式为学生提供语言建构的情境和机会,促进学生语言运用能力的养成。
三、Who?——在语篇教学中应该建构的是谁?
在语篇教学的推进过程中。需要建构的,不仅仅是学生,更需要教师的主动建构。
首先,教师新的角色意识的转换。在语篇教学的过程中,教师不仅应该是教会学生语篇的人,更应该是引导学生经历语篇学习过程的组织者、促进者。只有教师完成这种角色的转换,才能在语篇教学中思考:在学习该语篇之前。学生已经具备了什么?还需要通过学习获得什么?在此过程中我可以为他们做些什么?学生还需要哪些资源?他们有多少自主学习的空间?等等。经历了这样的思考,我们的语篇教学才会真正注重学生英语能力的培养。注重学生的英语学习能力和学习习惯的培养。
“书读百遍,其义自见”,只有这种解读和理解才能使得我们对教材的使用成为建立在每一个不同教师原有教学经验之上的内化和建构,才能真正用出“精彩”。

今天,我们学完了这篇文章《圆明园的毁灭》,它使我感到了当时清**的昏庸无能,军民的懦弱,更可恶的就是那无耻的英法联军!
圆明园曾经是一座金碧辉煌的皇家园林,是我国园林艺术的瑰宝,建筑的精华,圆明园不仅美丽,而且聚集着我们伟大中华民族五千多年的珍贵历史文物,是举世闻名的当时最大博物馆、艺术馆。
然而在1860年10月6日,英法联军侵入北京,来到了圆明园,在园内肆意烧、杀、抢、掠,出园时每个人的腰包都鼓鼓的,甚至还放火将这具有无限价值的圆明园付之一炬。
学完这篇课文,我对圆明园的毁灭感到无限惋惜,而当时无能的清**,竟屈服在了这些万恶的洋人的淫威之下,下了不抵抗命令,把洋人做靠山,想依靠洋炮来扫除国内的革命势力。我痛斥这黑暗的清**。
可是最可恶的是万恶的洋人,他们不但随意侵略中国,还把我国的名胜古迹烧毁或破坏,他们还让我们签下了丧权辱国的不平等条约,使我国的国格受到了莫大的悔辱。

i have read many books, i also learned many knowledge, also let i learned a lot. what impressed me most is a book such a story, cuban fisherman santiago continuous 8 days no fish, see in the eye by other fishermen old fisherman just a loser, but his perseverance moved me. he finally landed a big marlin, the big marlin let old fisherman off for three days at sea exhausted, this spirit is worth our learning.
the big marlin was killed, tied to the side of the boat.
in return, the old fisherman were repeatedly attacked by a shark, he used up all the way to deal with the shark. back to harbour, only fish head fish and a bone. although fish was eaten by sharks, but he will not disappear.
this story mainly tells us that can be hurt, but not defeated. before, what if i do bad, can only retreat, sometimes, i only speak in words. i am not sure, every examination concerned about their bad.
the old man and the sea, the old fisherman and shark struggle, harpoon was taken away by sharks. he tumbled on the knife strapped to the oars pierced. the knife is broken, the old fisherman with a short stick.
short stick is lost, he used rudder to play. these is mainly told us not to have no confidence.
我读了很多书,学到了很多知识,也学到了很多真理。给我印象最深的一本书是古巴老渔夫圣地亚哥连续八天没钓到鱼的故事。在其他渔夫眼里,他只是个失败者,但他的毅力打动了我。他终于钓到了一条大马林鱼,这使老渔夫在海上劳累了三天。这种精神值得学习。
他杀死了那条大马林鱼并把它绑在船边。
在回归时,老渔夫一再遭到了鲨鱼的袭击,他用尽了所有的办法来对付这条鲨鱼。回到港湾时,只剩鱼头鱼尾和一根骨头。虽然这条鱼被鲨鱼吃掉了,但他的意志并没有消失。
这个故事主要告诉我们,我们可以受伤,但不能失败。以前,我做什么事情如果做不好,只会退缩,有的时候我只会说丧气的话。每次考试的时候我都没有把握,担心自己考不好。
《老人与海》中,老渔夫和鲨鱼搏斗,鱼叉被鲨鱼给带走了。他把小刀绑在桨上面胡乱扎扎。刀子折断了,老渔夫用一根短的棍子。
短棍也给丢了,他用舵来打。这些主要就是告诉我们不要没有信心。

《李尔王》是莎士比亚四大悲剧中的一部,不过也确实名副其实,读来使人神伤。
李尔王是声名显赫的大不列颠国王,生有三个女儿,于是他决定将国土分赐给她们,以爱为考验。李尔王被大女儿二女儿的甜言蜜语弄糊涂了,而三女儿却被驱逐出境。肯特来阻止她,但她失败了。幸运的是,法国国王娶了她。但葛罗斯特也遇到了他的小儿子,长子,他被蒙在鼓里。
之后发生的事才让李尔王认清两个白眼狼女儿的真面目她们不赡养李尔王,对李尔王破口大骂,欲削减李尔王少得微不足道的卫兵。他疯了,身边只剩下小丑、肯特、葛罗斯特与埃德加,(其实是那个被害的大儿子,乔装扮成乞丐)最后,小女儿让医生治好父亲,并班师攻打大不列颠。话说那两个歹毒的女儿,为了争抢埃德蒙,两败俱伤,双双损命。
当大不列颠快回归了,小女儿于牢中被害,李尔王也随之死去,跟随李尔王的肯特也忧郁而亡。
书中的李尔王虽有些糊涂,但也是人之常情,而且他知错回头。但这两个女儿不义、残忍、唯利是图、忘恩负义。小女儿却十分孝敬,有情有义,令人称赞。
其他忠臣以肯特为代表,都使我分外感动。此书最后的结局十分悲惨,孝魂忠魂俱去了,令人心伤。
这本书让我明白了很多道理:人不能自私,要忠孝,大度时不可或缺的。如果他们犯错误,改正也不晚。只有有爱和义,才能有赞美。忘恩负义与动物无异
《李尔王》写得实在太棒了!希望你们也去多多欣赏这样的佳作。《李尔王》令我至今记忆犹新。

梦幻项链、借项链、失项链、补项链、发现项链是假的——前一个矛盾的解决预示着新的冲突,直至达到高潮。整个故事波澜起伏,引人入胜。情节的编排体现了作者独特而细腻的艺境,人物的性格在故事的发展中逐渐显现出来。
小说一开始,在我们面前出现了一个整日耽于梦想的美丽忧郁的妇女。她“美丽”,“丰韵”,“娇媚”,她还有“天生的聪明,优美的资质,温柔的性情”。正是因为“她也是一个美丽动人的姑娘”,于是她心里就凭添了几许不平与委屈。
此处的“也”就很值得玩味。如果比较一下有无“也”的表达效果,就会发现一个有趣的现象:许多版本里的译文里没有“也”字,仅仅“她是一个美丽动人的姑娘”,那就只是一种纯粹的人物介绍。
