- The personal statement should be approximately 750 words and should address your professional goals and how a Fels education can help you attain them.
- Your short essay should be approximately 250 words and should discuss your most significant accomplishment in a leadership or management position, and it should answer the questions: What goals did you set out to achieve? What was your strategy? What were your results?
