时间如同白驹过隙，伴随着新年的脚步而来的，是我们的期末考。期末考，是对我们的一次考验，考验的是我们本学期里学习的态度和学习的成果。狄慈根说过，重复是学习之母。认真复习，就一定能取得好成绩！在这里，我想跟同学们分享几个复习的好方法：
一、查缺补漏
影响学习的因素很多，在学习过程中，难免会有一些没有完全掌握的`“漏网之鱼”。要通过复习，检查自己的疑惑和不足，及时找老师或同学帮忙解决。大家可以专门用一个本子来整理自己的错题或是比较重点的题目，彻底掌握那些题目的做题方法。这样的话学习中的漏洞和欠缺，就得到了弥补，就不怕碰到自己不擅长的题目啦。
二、提高“回头率”
在考前的前几天，可能考查的知识点很繁杂，而你的复习时间不够充足的话，那么或许你将知识点看完一遍之后，在脑海中还是一片空白。为了防止遗忘，就要采用提高“回头率”的方法，就是看完一部分、一章、一节之后，再回头重新扫视一遍，加强记忆，融会贯通。这样的话，知识就得到了巩固，被牢牢地锁在脑海里了。
三、制定复习计划
孙子兵法里说：谋定而后动，知止而有得。意思就是不打无准备之仗，方能立于不败之地。计划可以减少我们复习的盲目性、随意性，大大提高复习的效率。我们可以针对自身的不足，合理地分配各个学科复习的时间和重点复习的薄弱知识点，制定一个计划表，并且认真地按照计划表来复习，让复习更有目的性。
四、调整心态，轻松应对
如果同学们觉得期末考试带来的压力太大，那就多去欣赏欣赏附中的美景吧。感受附中的晨曦轻抚脸庞，体会附中小草的坚韧不拔，放松身心，劳逸结合，迎接期末考试。
期末考试，给我们带来了些许紧张和兴奋。这份紧张，也许来自父母慈爱的目光和若隐若现的白发，也许来自老师孜孜不倦的教诲和付出，又或许是来自自身的希翼和目标。这份兴奋，可能来自同学之间的有力竞争，可能来自即将迎向新学期的高涨热情，又或许是来自对自己的肯定和自信。相信处理好这些紧张和兴奋，带来的将会是学习时的细心，认真，努力。

而今又到了收获的季节，相信我们又多了一份紧张、兴奋和期待。我们的紧张，来源于父母那热切的目光;来源于老师那谆谆的话语;来源于所有关乎我们的毁和誉;也来源于我们直面这一收，获这一过程，我们的理想与现实产生矛盾的担忧与震撼。有了这份必要的紧张，我们的思维会更敏捷、更全面、更深刻，我们的表现会更出色、更优异，更加令人鼓舞。
我们兴奋，是因为我们到了验证自我的时刻；是因为我们到了展示自我风采的时刻；凭着这种积极的心态，我们能够做到认真、细致；我们能变得更大、更强。我们期待，期待着在考试过程中，我们师生之间、生生之间的关系和谐，没有矛盾，没有纷争。小雨过后，在冷空气带来的清爽中，我们感受着这特别的新鲜，抚摸时间刻画在我们生命中的那份记忆。

第一：目标决定结果。目标有多远，我们就能走多远。我们的目标和追求不是为了谁，也不是为了证明什么，而是要对得起我们的付出，无愧、无悔于我们青春的纪念。古罗马哲学家小塞涅卡说：“有些人活着没有任何目标，他们在世间行走，就像河中的一棵小草。他们不是在行走，而是随波逐流。”不想当元帅的士兵，不仅永远当不上元帅，更无法成为一个好士兵。没有大目标的人就如井底之蛙一样没有远见，只会待在自己的一井之地。著名作家高尔基告诉人们：“目标愈远大，人的进步就愈大。”目标会告诉我们能够得到什么东西。目标会召唤我们采取积极的行动。当我们心中有了一幅目标的宏图，我们就能从一个成功走向另一个成功，得到一个又一个人生的成功。
没有目标的人很可能满足于眼前的利益。然而，他的眼睛仅仅是局限于伸手可及的小目标，这样只会使自己顾及眼前利益，鼠目寸光。只追求小目标的人必然会面对这样的悲剧：自己的所作所为只是在空耗自己的青春。我希望同学们要尽快确立自己的人生目标，自己的期末考试目标，并把这些目标写下来，放在显目的位置，时时提醒自己，时时鞭策自己。
第二：态度决定结果。记得有一句歌词：“不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹，没有人能随随便便成功。”没有压力就没有动力，没有动力就发挥不出一个人蕴藏的潜力！考试要有压力，在一定的压力下，我们必须强化以下态度：一是勤奋的态度，勤能补拙是良训，一分耕耘一分收获；二是刻苦的态度，追求是苦的，学习是艰苦的，最终的成功才是甜的；三是进取的态度，大家都知道，学习如逆水行舟不进则退，一下子成为天才是不可能的，但每天进步一点点总有可能；四是务实的态度，求真务实是我们提升考试成绩的法宝。为此我们必须上好每节课，抓紧每一分钟，练好每一道题，迈好每一步！
第三：方法决定成功。
科学有效的方法可以让我们的复习取得事半功倍的效果。古人云：取法其上，仅得其中；取法其中，仅得其下。讲的就是做任何事情要有好的方法，在复习的过程中，一要重视基础知识，不犯概念性错误；二要重视纠错，不犯重复性错误；三要重视规范，不犯低级性错误。面对考试我们应临场不乱，切忌看错、审错、写错。
同学们，人生不拼不精彩，缺乏竞争和考试的人生是不完整的！期末考场就是一个战场，也是一个你展示才华的舞台。大考在即，英雄弯弓，箭在弦上，不得不发。我希望同学们，拿出你们的智慧，拿出你们的勇气，用你们那颗永不服输的年轻的心，向着生命中的每一座山峰攀登。是骏马，就要扬蹄飞奔；是雄鹰，就要搏击长空；是水手，就要劈波斩浪；是勇士，就要勇往直前！

下午好！
这是我第一次和各位家长交流，首先我在这里作一个自我介绍。其次欢迎大家百忙之中抽出时间前来参加我们的家长会，在此我也衷心感谢大家对我们工作的关心和支持。
我们今天聚到一起，对我们前一段时间的工作进行一下回顾和总结，分析期中考试的情况，分析一下分班后学生的现状，以便在今后的工作中采取有针对性的措施，共同促进学生的全面发展、学习成绩的提高。
首先，我们的目标是一致的：学生是社会的未来，家长的希望，望子成龙、望女成凤的心理人人都有，孩子成才是我们共同的希望。当前，教育孩子是我们共同的责任。我们渴望三年后出现共赢的局面：孩子各方面全面发展，笑着走出五中的大门，那将是家长的骄傲、学生的成功，老师的光荣。
今天我主要讲两个问题：一是向大家介绍我们班基本情况以及我们在教育教学工作上采取的主要工作措施，二是给各位家长谈几点个人想法。
一、班级基本情况分析
1、高考方案已经基本确定，我们物理生物组合班级学生对于语文数学外语要给予特别重视，其次选修的两门学科物理生物也不能放松，因为考大学时，高校招生也要看物理生物的考试等级，作为招生的重要参考。
2、班级基本情况介绍
我们22班作为年级目前班级管理主要在行为养成教育。良好的行为习惯是做好每一件事的重要基础。十七八岁的孩子正是人生观、世界观形成的关键时期，家长老师的言行举止会对学生产生潜移默化的影响。分班后我们着重加强了对学生的常规教育工作、思想教育工作，教会学生尽快适应新的学习生活环境。我们结合本班实际从道德品行教育、行为规范的养成、学风考风建设等方面制定了班级管理细则，并利用班团会对学生进行了系列教育。我们教育学生从小事做起、从自己做起，不留长发、教学区不吃零食、不看无聊的书籍、讲文明话、做文明人，经过大家的努力目前我们这个新组建的班级发展情况得到了学校领导的肯定。
3、期中成绩分析
此次期中考试是全市统考，是对学生分班以来学习情况的检测，结果还是令人比较满意的。大部分同学成绩较进班时都有进步，其中一部分同学的进步还是很大的，同时期中考试也反映了一些问题：
1、学习方法不科学
2、理科班部分学生自觉主动学习的积极性不高，不踏实，有懒惰心理
3、少数同学自信心不足或者考试时压力太大，影响考试状态
另外一个问题就是部分同学各科发展不平衡，导致5门学科总分不高，部分男生英语这一重要学科本来基础就不理想，目前学习积极性不高，导致考试成绩不理想。要引起我们重视，希望家长配合教育。
帮助学生树立信心、克服困难，是老师和家长共同的责任。老师和家长应该经常沟通情况，共同做好学生的工作，以期能尽快地使学生真正地跨过这一门槛。多年的实践证明，这一问题解决的好坏直接关系着学生高中三年学习的成败。初中知识的欠缺、进入高中后很被动、想学但学不会，想听但听不懂，课堂知识的容量大、好像长跑，最初差距不大，还想追，当差距越来越大的时候，就表现为厌学，当前已经有同学表现出这种苗头，如果以后再发展下去，破坏力将相当强，个人不学，会影响其他同学学习。一旦出现这种情况，我们只能按照校规校纪严肃处理。
二、我也真诚的向在座的各位家长提一些参考性建议
1、多给孩子一点关爱，多给孩子精神上的支持，多和孩子进行交流
为了帮助家长和学生交流，沟通，我们准备了一些材料（告家长书），分发给大家，希望对大家有些帮助。每个家长都非常疼爱自己的孩子，但疼爱的方式方法是有区别的。有的对孩子有求必应，总是坦言，“我砸锅卖铁也要供你上学，学不好可是你自己的事。”我们认为，满足孩子正当要求，并不是“爱”的全部，培养孩子能力、提高孩子素质，使孩子练就一技之长，具备在未来社会中养活自己的一种技能比留给孩子百万财产重要的多。
要多一些时间和耐心去和孩子交流。请你们用自身丰富的社会经验引导孩子尽快适应目前的`新环境，稳定他们的情绪，既来之则安之，要努力配合新班级任课老师的教学和管理，争取有所进步。在社会上我们每个人只能自己主动去适应客观环境，环境不可能来适应我们。学生学习进步了，他们愿意和家长共享成功；失利了，自然也希望别人分忧解难。面对孩子的进步与失利，家长要多关心，要帮助孩子认真分析总结教训，肯定孩子的长处，找出不足。有的家长平时工作忙，很少过问学生的情况，只有考试过后问问成绩，学生成绩一旦不理想就会遭受指责和训斥。这不但对学生的学习没有任何好处，反而可能给学生造成过大的心理压力和精神负担，久而久之，使得本来对学习就感到困难的同学失去了学习的信心，家长和学生心理之间的隔阂越来越大，最终导致学生感到升学无望，破罐子破摔，开始混起了日子。只有孩子感受到家长对其学习的关注，在学习上就会非常用功，努力把学习搞好。
要改变简单粗暴的教育方法，如打骂、体罚、唠叨等等，不管不问不行，打骂更不行，年轻的一代独立意识逐渐增强，打骂不仅很难取得真正的教育效果，而且容易产生逆反心理。
学生思想从单纯走向复杂，也就是说懂的事情多了，自己有自己的独立想法了，也就是有些家长在说的：“我们孩子很倔强，不听我们家长的话了。”但是他们的辨别力弱。不能把社会上的是是非非搞清楚，也不完全理解到底哪些事可以做，哪些事不能做，这也就家长经常给孩子一些指示和告诫，经常提醒他什么该做，什么不该做，以给他明确的方向。
2、正确认识学生的成绩
五中是优秀学生聚集的地方，孩子能进入五中就不容易，高一是高中阶段学习的起点，三年的学习中，成绩将会发生很大的变化。现在应该关心的是孩子的学习态度，关心孩子的成绩变化，急功近利、过分望子成龙的思想要不得。每个学生都上大学固然不错，当今社会人人考上大学是不可能的，考大学并不是成材的惟一途径。学生是有差别的，要给自己的孩子一个正确的定位，仅用考分的高低来评价孩子是不公平的，尤其是一次考试成绩并不能体现学生的真实水平，一张试题所含盖的知识面非常有限，再加上孩子刚刚分班，对理科班的学习还没有完全适应，能力强的同学也可能考不出好成绩，所以家长不要过分关注考分的高低，而应该和学生进行交流，制定符合学生实际的措施和计划，并提出合理的目标要求，给学生鼓劲加油。
学生大多需要鼓励，在这里我想说，我们要学会欣赏学生，要善于发现他们的闪光点。要让他们认识到自己能行。当一个学生认识到自己也同样很优秀，当他内心成材成功的欲望被激起时，学生能学不好吗？要理解他们，尊重信任他们，不要对他们施加太多压力，要对他们说你能行。事实上学生的要求，也不在于家长给他们买多少好吃的，多少好穿的，有时候一句鼓励的话语，一个慈爱的眼神就可以使他们很满足，充满动力了。学生学不学、能不能学好的关键在于他们对待学习的态度，思想能不能投入到学习中去。而这个学习的观念同时也需要家长来给学生灌输。学生学习的动力来源与家长的期望有着直接关系
3、多和老师沟通
家长和教师进行交流的方法很多，平常你可以到学校找找班主任，也可以和教师通过电话进行联系。每次考试完后，都可以了解一下学生的学习情况，乃至学生在学校的表现情况。家长和教师进行的交流会直接激发孩子的学习积极性。一旦学校有事需要家长配合，请及时和我们联系，如果需要面谈的话，还希望您能从百忙之中抽出时间，让我们联合起来，共同对孩子的成长负责。6个学科任课老师的联系电话公布在告家长书上。
4、不要过分娇惯孩子
家长怕孩子吃苦，这可以理解。但是这样孩子眼前确实是不吃苦、不缺钱花了，可是孩子缺少与困难抗争的经验和能力，将来遇到困难怎么办？面对竞争激烈的现代社会，没有吃苦精神的人将来能在社会中站稳脚跟吗？并且学生手里的零用钱多了，往往会用于买手机、上网、打游戏、抽烟、买闲杂书籍等等。所以提醒家长对孩子的零用钱要有所控制。
家长同志们，我们的目标是统一的，我们的任务是一致的，愿我们相互合作，把我们的学生――您的孩子，培养成学习勤奋、品质优良的优秀人才，为将来学生的升学、就业、乃至整个人生的发展打下坚实的良好的基础。
