Be polite
Being polite is a good tradition in our country.Nobody likes a person who is impolite.It 's important for us to be polite.We should be a polite student.
As a polite student,we shouldn't talk at class.If we have questions,we should put up our hands.We also shouldn’t speak loudly during the break.And I think it’s impolite to be late for class.When someone is in trouble ,we shouldn’t laugh at them.We should often say “please”,”thank you”.
If everyone is polite to others,the world will be more and more beautiful.

各位老师、各位同学：
早上好，我今天讲的题目：《让文明礼仪之花在我们校园处处盛开》。
首先，我们来看在校园内出现的几个令人欣喜的现象：
早晨，总看见同学们背着书包走进校园，抓紧时间认真地进行早读。还有不少值日的同学，在老师的带领下，打扫班级卫生;或在绿化包干区捡拾落叶和纸屑。三(6)班、三(7)班的一些同学，每天认真地擦着玻璃窗，他们班的玻璃窗总是最亮的。
中午，同学们排着整齐的队伍，有的去食堂用餐，有的回家或由家长送饭。食堂用餐的学生用完餐后整理好餐具，翻好凳子，然后走出食堂，决不把没吃完的鸡腿之类的食物带出食堂;而回家吃饭或送饭到校的学生，也按照学校的要求，拿了饭菜在教室里用餐，吃完后再把餐具拿给家长带回家。
傍晚放学了，同学们在老师的带领下，排好队伍，带着一天学习的收获，由家长接回家。
事实上，良好的行为习惯，是我们顺利学习的前提，也是树立健康人格的基础。著名学者梁启超曾说过，少年智则国智，少年强则国强。我们是祖国的花朵，我们是祖国的未来。如果我们养成了文明的行为习惯，学习环境就一定是良好的、有序的。
遗憾的是，在我们周围，也总有一些不和-谐音符的存在。下面，就让我们一起去抓拍一下：
每天中午，总看见一些在荷花池边玩耍的小朋友，看着池中金鱼的游动，情不自禁地伸出手去抓金鱼。要知道，这样既不文明又不安全。池边的杨柳树的枝条抽出了新芽，柔柔软软的，看上去确实比较美。可总有一些同学喜欢攀折。要知道，你折去了，后来的人看什么呢?前几天，学校的樱花开了，竟然由几个三年级的同学在赏花之余使劲摇树，要知道，你们那不叫赏花，那叫摧残。
每个星期三或四，只要学校提供水果，总可以看见随处乱扔的吃剩的水果，一号楼前面的水泥路、草坪上特别多。学校内负责打扫卫生的阿姨经常跟我说起这事，今天居老师请那些乱扔的同学实在吃不了可以扔在垃圾箱里，当然，最好是带回家再吃。我们三月份养成训练的主抓点是：课间不狂奔乱跑、爱护校园绿化、果皮纸屑自觉放入垃圾箱。我刚才所谈到的那些同学，你们有没有听班主任的教育，你们照班主任的话去做了吗?
走在二号楼、三号楼的楼梯上，总可以看见一根根不锈钢管被弄瘪了。要知道，那可是不锈钢管哪，不是故意损坏公物，那些钢管会瘪成那样吗?不知那么做的一些同学，你们看见被弄瘪的钢管会不会不好意思。
我们很多同学把文化知识的学习放在首位，而常常忽略了社会公德的培养，文明习惯的养成，而这并不应该是我们21世纪小学生的作为。在这里，我倡议大家首先应该做一个堂堂正正的人，一个懂文明、有礼貌的好学生。记得一位名人曾说：德行的实现是由行为构成的，而不是由文字，也不应该停留在口头。无数事例表明，走向事业辉煌、开创成功人生的关键是高尚的情操。代表民族未来的我们，需要学习和继承的东西有很多很多，然而最基本的问题是：我们究竟要以什么样的精神风貌，什么样的思想品质和什么样的道德水准去接过人类文明的接力棒。文明习惯是我们学习、生活的根基，是我们健康成长的臂膀。没有了文明，就没有了基本的道德底线。千学万学学做真人，说的就是学习应先学做人，学做文明人，学做社会人。清洁环境，文明校园，从我做起，让文明礼仪之花在我们的校园处处盛开!

The seats in our school reading-room are not enough for all the students. Many people get there very early to 'seize' a seat every day. So do I. One day a 'special' thing happened to me. And I learned a lesson that I shall never forget.
It happened on a Wednesday morning last January, just before our final examation. I got to the reading-room very early to occupy a seat. I put a book on the desk and then went to have breakfast. But when I hurried back into the reading-room,我的第一个绘画老师(My First Drawing Teacher), I found someone was sitting on the seat which I had occupied in advance. I ran to him immediatly and shouted at him angrily, 'Go away. It's my seat.' Everyone raised their eyes and stared at me unfriendly. My face turned red and I felt ashamed of myself. I took my book and fled helter-skelter before so many eyes.
I dared not go to the reading-room for several days. I learned a lesson in the reading-room. Since then I have been keeping the lesson in mind: To be polite to everyone.
