新加坡Edu Trust 教育信托认证计划，是一项由私立教育委员会管理的自愿性认证计划。虽然参与此项计划纯属自愿，但是那些有接收国际学生的私立教育机构必须具备教育信托认证才能够符合新加坡移民与管卡局颁发学生证的条件。这个计划为素质较好的私立教育机构提供一个突显自己的途径，通过认证显示该机构在管理及教育服务提供等重要领域具有较优越的水平。

教育信托之星证书，是授予在管理的各个关键领域和提供高素质教育服务方面表现优异的私立教育机构。此标志也是对该机构努力持续提升机构水平的一种认可。
