  第一,很多同学对题目的理解本身有问题。很多同学在准备ARGUMENT的过程中,没有仔细阅读ETS官方发布的题库,而是大量参考网上流传的或者一些参考书上给出的 中文翻译,甚至完全不看题目的英文原文。但是,这些翻译有一些和原题实际表达的意思是不一致的,这就会造成同学们在分析题目论证错误的过程中出现问题。比 如,有一道题目原文是:

It has been shown that voters nationwide tend to re-elect people already in office, regardless of candidates' proposals. Clearly most people in Monroetown favor improving education and therefore approve of Mr. Greene's proposal despite the fact that they did not vote for him."
