误区一：一味追求“非普高不上”

误区二：过分保守，一志愿流失
每年的中考都会出现考前估分过于保守，而考试时超水平发挥的考生，本来可以填报市区重点高中的一志愿就这样白白浪费掉了，很是可惜。中考与高考报名办法有本质的不同，高考是由大学决定考生是否录取，中考是由计算机按照程序进行录取。考大学时，确实会出现第一志愿学校没考上，第二志愿学校够分也不录取，甚至第三志愿学校也不录取的情况。中考就根本不同了，第一志愿如果没考上，计算机会看第二志愿够不够，第二志愿再没考上，计算机会看第三志愿够不够……直到被录取为止，只要分数够，相应的志愿学校就一定会录取。因此，中考填报志愿时，有潜力的考生前一二个志愿可选择较理想的重点高中、录取分数稍高于考生平时成绩的学校。这样，可避免考试时超水平发挥，成绩较高，志愿却并不理想而带来的遗憾。但随后的志愿必须实事求是地降下来。
