Select either "English", "German" or French" (dictionaries allowed).
Foreign students can select "Japanese (dictionaries not allowed)" as a foreign language. However, only those who do not fall under any of the following conditions are allowed in principle to take a Japanese examination.
Condition 1.Those who enrolled in any of a Japanese junior high school, high school and university (including graduate school) and graduated or are expected to graduate from it
Condition 2.Those who stayed (resided) in Japan for five years or more in the last ten years

条件2：在最近10年内，居留在日本5年或者更长时间;

Eligibility
Those who fall under one of the following items based on the provision of Article 102 of the School Education Act:
Those who have graduated or are expected to graduate by March, 2017 from a university.
Those who are deemed to have abilities that are at least equivalent to a person who has graduated from a university based on the provision of Article 155 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the School Education Act and fall under one of the following items:
Those who have received or are expected to receive a bachelor's degree by March, 2017 based on the provision of Article 104, Paragraph (4) of the School Education Act.
Those who have completed, or are expected to complete by March, 2017, 16 years of school education abroad.
Those who have completed, or are expected to complete by March, 2017, 16 years of school education in a foreign country by taking correspondence courses in Japan provided by a school in said foreign country.
Those who have completed, or are expected to complete by March, 2017, a program in an educational institution in Japan designated separately by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology that provides courses from a foreign university within the school education system of a foreign country. This applies solely to those who have completed 16 years of school education in said foreign country.
Those who have completed a specialized course in a specialized training college which lasts 4 years or more and meet the standards designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology after the date designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, or those who are expected to complete such a course by March, 2017.
Those who have been designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (under the 1953 Notification of the Ministry of Education, Science, Sports and Culture No. 5).
Those who were admitted into a graduate program on the basis of Article 102, Paragraph (2) of the School Education Act and who are recognized by our graduate school as having the academic ability to receive education at our graduate school.
Those who will be 22 years old or older (born on or before April 1, 1995) and are recognized, as a result of individual eligibility screening by our graduate school, as having abilities that are at least equivalent to those who have graduated from a university.
Eligibility Screening
It is required for an applicant to go through the screening process of their eligibility before application if they fall under Eligibility 2.(2), (3), (4) or (8).
(4)申请资格
根据学校教育法第102条规定，满足以下任意条件的学生：
- 在2017年3月之前从大学毕业或者将要毕业;
- 根据学校教育法执法条例第155条规定，被认为至少具备等同于大学毕业生的学术能力的学生，并且满足以下某一种条件：

在2017年3月之前已经完成或者将要完成16年的国外学校教育;

在日本教育、文化、体育、科学和技术部门指定日期之后，在专门训练学校完成专门课程(持续4年或更长时间，并且满足日本教育、文化、体育、科学和技术部门指定标准)，或者在2017年3月之前将要完成这样的课程学习;
日本教育、文化、体育、科学和技术部门指定的学生(在日本教育、文化、体育、科学和技术部门5号1953通知下);
在学校教育法第102条第二段基础上，进入研究生专业学习;并且被研究生学院认为具备在东海大学研究生学院学习的学术能力的学生;
将会年满22岁(在1995年4月1日或之前出生)并且根据研究生学院的单独审核结果，获得东海大学认可，至少具备等同于大学毕业生的学术能力。
资格筛查：如果申请者处于第2种资格中的第2、3、4、8条件中，那么在申请之前，应该通过申请资格的筛查审核。

Eligibility
Those who fall under one of the following items based on the provision of Article 102 of the School Education Act:
Those who have graduated or are expected to graduate by March, 2017 from a university.
Those who have studied for three years or more (or are expected to complete three or three and a half years of school education before enrollment*) and are recognized by our graduate school to have received all the necessary credits and to have earned an excellent academic record. However, periods of leaves of absence will not be included in the years of enrollment.
Those who are deemed to have abilities that are at least equivalent to a person who has graduated from a university based on the provision of Article 155 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the School Education Act and fall under one of the following items:
Those who have received or are expected to receive a bachelor's degree by March, 2017 based on the provision of Article 104, Paragraph (4) of the School Education Act.

Admission requirements for those who have passed the examination based on Eligibility 2
It is necessary that the 3rd year of study at a university is completed and that 75% or more credits required for graduation at said university is earned.
(It should be the 6th or 7th semester for students at Tokai University.)
Eligibility Screening
It is required for an applicant to go through the screening process of their eligibility before submitting an application if they fall under Eligibility 3.(2), (3), (4) or (8).
(4)申请资格
