Academic entry requirements
Master of Accounting
Master of Accounting applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree in any discipline other than accounting, or hold a non-degree professional accounting qualification with at least five years’ work experience. Applicants without a recognised prior qualification will be required to undertake a further four units of coursework.
Master of Accounting/Master of Business Administration
Completion of an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 Bachelor degree in a field cognate to the proposed degree.
Master of Actuarial Practice
Entry into the Master of Actuarial Practice requires the completion of an undergraduate degree from a recognised institution and well-developed advanced mathematical abilities.
Master of Advertising
Completion of an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 Bachelor degree in a field cognate to the proposed degree.
Master of Architecture
A combination of qualifications deemed to be equivalent to an undergraduate degree program approved by the Australia New Zealand Architecture Program Accreditation Procedure (ANZAPAP) with a credit average (GPA 2.0/4.0 or 5.0/7.0) PLUS high quality portfolio of design work. English language IELTS 7.0 (no sub score less than 6.5) or equivalent Bond University approved language test.
Portfolio requirements
The portfolio should be a single pdf file, no larger than 10MB, containing graphic and three dimensional architecture, design, and/or other creative work, including evidence of professional experience (if applicable).
Master of Arts (Coursework)
Completion of an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 Bachelor degree from an approved institution in either communication, education, international relations, political science, political studies, global studies, sociology, legal studies, criminology, psychology or humanities/arts, as well as business studies.
Master of Business Administration
We focus on creating a complementary cohort of students drawn from diverse backgrounds and cultures. You will need to demonstrate strong academic achievement as well as the potential and motivation to assume global leadership roles. Each application is assessed on an individual basis.
Entry into the MBA requires the following:
Minimum three years’ work experience
Quality undergraduate degree from a recognised institution.
Cover letter detailing your career goals, future ambitions and experience.
Two professional referee reports.
Interview with the program director may be required.
Master of Business
Completion of an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 Bachelor degree in a field cognate to the proposed degree.
Master of Criminology
Completion of an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 Bachelor degree at an approved institution in either criminology, sociology, legal studies, psychology, humanities/arts or business studies.
Master of Communication
Completion of an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 Bachelor degree from an approved institution in either criminology, sociology, legal studies, psychology, humanities/arts or business studies.
Master of Financial Management
Completion of an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 Bachelor degree in a field cognate to the proposed degree.
Master of International Relations
Completion of an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 Bachelor degree from an approved institution in either international relations, political science, political studies, global studies, humanities/arts, law or business studies.
Master of Laws
The Master of Laws (LLM) is offered to students who have completed a professional law qualification such as a Bachelor of Laws, Juris Doctor or equivalent. Applicants from a non-English speaking background must achieve an IELTS score of at least 6.5, with no single band less than 6. Bond also accepts other English language tests including TOEFL iBT, CAE and PTE.
Master of Medical Laboratory Science
Academic entry requirements
Successful completion of a Bachelor of Biomedical Science or equivalent level bachelor’s level program with studies in pathophysiology, cell biology, immunology and biochemistry.
International students
The Master of Medical Laboratory Science is open to Australian Citizens, Australian permanent residents and holders of an Australian Humanitarian visa. Bond University may accept international and domestic applicants via the Master of Medical Laboratory Science (Professional) based on competitive ranking and availability of placements to be determined by the Faculty.

Master of Project Management
Completion of an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 Bachelor degree at an approved institution.
Students should be aware that articulation from the Graduate Certificate in Project Management and Graduate Diploma in Project Management into the Master of Project Management requires attainment of a minimum cumulative percentage average of 65% at each articulation point.
