Financial matters
Tuition fees for international students who are new at UAS Leiden are € 7,000 (€ 3,000 for students of the Bachelor of Dance in Education and Bachelor of Music in Education programmes). An international student who receives a Dutch study grant (studiefinanciering) or who is a national of a European Union member country, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland or Surinam pays the same tuition fees as a student who has Dutch nationality. Their tuition fees for the 2013-2014 academic year are € 1,906. There are exceptions to the rules. If you want to know what tuition fees you will have to pay, contact Caroline Teeuwisse of our Student Registration Office ([email protected])
Costs of living
Apart from tuition fees, you need to consider that your cost of living will be between € 800 and € 1,100 a month. This includes costs for housing, food, public transport and personal expenses.
