| Student Fee Insurance | $50.00 | This is a fee to cover the insurance to protect student fees. The fee is based upon one stage of study and will be included on the first invoice. |
| Student ID card | $25.00 | One off payment at beginning of study. Students must submit a photo for a student card to be produced. Replacement cards for lost or stolen cards are $25.00. |
| RPL | $95.00 | If a student wishes to apply for Recogniton of Prior Learning (RPL) a fee of $95.00 is required. The fee is non-refundable even if no RPL credit is awarded. |
| Medical and Travel Insurance | $500.00 (approx) | Medical and travel insurance (compulsory for international students) – Approximate cost is around NZ$500.00 per annum. This can be purchased from NZTC. Insurance purchased from NZTC meets the conditions for insurance stipulated in the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students. All insurance submitted to NZTC will be evaluated to ensure it meets the conditions. If the insurance does not, no Confirmation of Enrolment will be issued. |
| Homestay Placement | $205.00 | If a student requests homestay accommodation, a homestay placement fee is required. No homestay can be arranged if the placement has not been payed. The fee is non-refundable even if no homestay is taken by the student. |
