Graduate Students
Graduate Students
-Full-time, registered, tuition-paying, Harvard degree candidates who currently possess a valid (active) Harvard University I.D. number may submit an application at any time.
-Those who have been accepted as a full-time, registered, tuition-paying Harvard degree candidate and will be entering school in the fall are eligible to submit a housing application on or after March 1 of that year.
-When applying, your affiliation must be valid through the academic year (March 1, 2016 at a minimum).
Note:
-If you are currently an undergraduate who will attend a Harvard graduate school in the coming year, you must submit your letter of admission to us. Your Harvard I.D. information may not be updated in Harvard’s I.D. system in time to meet our housing application and validation deadline.
-Cronkhite Residence Hall housing is open only to students of Harvard University’s graduate schools, with the exception of Harvard Extension School; students must meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
-Harvard Extension School students, Undergraduates and Harvard alumni are not eligible to live in Harvard University Housing.
